Wow.. this is the 2nd time i have done the first part of this video and the standing part... the 1st time i did this I could barely get my legs up when kicking the front and over.. the 2nd time I got better. It really help me with my hips and it has reallly helped with my ability to lift my legs more Thanks soooooo much.
Nice workout. My short legs are going to practice lifting my foot over the back of a chair. I knocked the chair over once and then moved it.😅😅 Day 11 of 100 self challenge
