Good job on the build, looks great. Your hydraulic log loader is performing the way it should; pushing the lever allows hydraulic fluid to flow through the lines and into the cylinders. Your sawhead winch motor connections (to the control box) may be installed backwards, that would explain what's going on with the up/down switch. Have you considered adding additional bunks to your mill? They'll allow you to mill shorter logs, they add strength/rigidity to the frame and your total load/weight bearing capacity increases by 500lbs per additional bunk. They're also very easy to install. Just some food for thought. Keep up the good work, looking forward to seeing it in action
Hey Desert Hobo, thanks for the insight. The extra log bunk seems like a great idea, hopefully it won't be too much money. We will look into the the wiring for the controls. we will be trying a little milling this afternoon. Blessings!

Put every second hydraulic control handle horizontal it will help you not have to look so much
Ok George, I will take a look. I think I know what you are talking about. Thanks
I trying to help. You camera control is terrible slow it down and stop making your viewers nauseated
