I'm about to order one. I'd love to hear your thoughts after 11 months. The forward drive looks pretty slow compared to manually pushing the mill. Do you find it's worth the extra cost? I was going to go full hydraulic since I'm upgrading from a fully manual mill. It looks like that one log stop took a pretty big hit. Did that turn out ok or did you end up having to repair anything?
Norwoods options for engines are horrible. their biggest engine (26 hp ) option is way under powered for a machine capable of 34 inch cuts. why do they not have a 35 HP ( or more) option ?

Why use a winch with a hydraulic lift?

so far everything is going well.
That looks like way too much work.....three huge guys and it takes forever to flip a log!
