    Good stuff. A mini excavator with a grading bucket and digging bucket would make you life and your guys life so much better

      @@OdellCompleteConcrete make sure when you do decide to invest in a mini excavator. Look for excavator that can open and close your tracks. I can not express how this has saved me time and time again. We use a jcb 8018 mini. With the tracks closed completely and blade extensions closed I can squeeze through a 43” entrance

    I have some of those levels(4', 6', 8') IIRC, I purchased them from Juniors Tools(RIP) around 1990+. If you look at the level, there are two screws, one on each side of the level bubble. Those are there for re-adjusting the bubble.

    Hey man. A healthy tip for ya. First. Love the tie gun. I love mine witch brings me to my next point. If your doing a big field you can tie the outsides 100% and then 50% in the field. Little fast and your not wasting so much line. But. Give it a try

    One of the tricks I use to locate drains, waste, leech or similar is to shove an electrician's metal fish tape down it and then attach a wire locator to it and trace it that way. Sure, ya gotta make sure to clean the tape really well after locating a septic line......

    Been watching these for awhile and after questioning some of the methods on my 1000 sqft patio forms this morning the guy straight up grabbed his stuff, pulled the forms, and quit. I guess he has enough work it was easier to leave🤔😆

    I love your channel but since you mentioned the gas line issue, why are you not having utilities come out and mark before you dig? We’re in AZ and call 811 to have all lines marked. No judgement - just curious. Thanks!

      I think I would go with the reiforcement if I had to choose, but it really depends where you are located.

    What are you charging per square foot on something like this ? I’m trying to figure out what some prices are like in different states. I’d be around $10 - $14 a foot on somthing like this with all the prep and trucking plus forming and pouring.

    For the RV parking, is the existing slab deep enough to support it? Are you also pouring a thicker slab under the RV area?

      Yes the pour averaged 4.5".
      4" will do the trick with a good hard base.

    If I was a owner and I owned that house I would've made a 50 by 40' garage with a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 and a 1/2 bath on top with roll up doors and up doors and still had room for a rv parking

    The homeowner could have moved some of the junk! I moved 1/2 ton of gravel yesterday so my concrete guys could pour a 12x25 patio today!

    Mr. O'Dell it's risky to top off the trucks because if he overloads it and the chp weights him I bet you my virgen corn hole, that will be the last time he makes that mistake. Overloaded tickets are extremely expensive and they go to the driver. Good work Sir.
