I am not a model builder and don't plan on doing it due to patience and a not-so steady hands. However, I do enjoy watching videos like this where someone (ScaleModelAircraft) takes a dull model that is in pieces and turn it into a very realistic model that could easily be used in a diorama set. I'm blown away by the amount of detail that is in the cockpit, engine bay, etc. Great job on the model and I'll certainly enjoy past and future videos from this channel.
jaydee040 no, the original plans are really different, which resembles like a meteor with wing rooted engines. The airframe is not obsolete by 1944, and it actually undergone major changes until the first test flight in 1941.
i just finished reading an article about heroin users and it pretty much describes what i'm feeling when I am watching one of your(or David Damec's) video.
Excellent build Dusan! Always a pleasure to view your work, thank you for sharing. I've got this kit {along with Revell's 1/32ND Fw} waiting in my stash. Looks like a well detailed kit, and after watching your vid, should be a straight forward proper build. Fantastic air brush work, weathering and decaling really makes the 262 look ready for a flight and fight. Congrats!
Hello Dusan, there's an Me 262 and Me 163 in the Australian War memorial in Canberra. There's also a fully restored mk3 Lancaster bomber,G for George. An Albatros from WW1 fully restored. Beautiful. A dedication to all the men who flew in them. Also an bf 109-g6.
I am fantasized and amazed about the box-art and how planes are pretty easy to assemble including the details! But, it's a hassle to acquire all of the tools you need in order to make the plane perfect
Yes and to make it really authentic looking it should have a swastika on each side of the tail, revell dont include these in their decals but a stencil is pretty easy to make!
Dam nice job. Received this kit as a gift and seeing how well it turns out makes me wanna get crackin on my kit. Well done. Also thanks for taking us to the hobby shop with you in your videos could you browse abit more though? That looks like a very well stocked hobby shop.
Of the original 15 night-fighters converted from trainers, I believe that the only one left in existence is the one in the South African Military Museum in Johannesburg. It is still in the original markings and depicts Red 8. Think I still have photos from my last visit. It is amazing to see how uneven the skin is around the engine nacelles etc on the original. Great looking model!! I built the 1/72nd Hasegawa kit a few years ago. 72nd rarely does the original justice, but at least I can fit it into my display cabinet :-)
I've never seen such airbrushing skills😀 Truly magnificent!
It's really quite therapeutic watching these builds, and the end result is nothing short of breathtaking, amazing 👍

The me262 looks like you could fly it against the death star,so ahead of it's time.
@me hee the meteor used around the same time as the ME-262 used 20mm hispanos that would jam 90%of the time

jaydee040 by comparison the meteor is equally obsolete if it is true that what you said.
me hee but isn’t me262 quicker? Also meteor was never in combat with me262, never used as fighter directly against German
.
@@Dreinsel Without the me262 design , they would be no future jet designs like f 86 sabre to F22 Raptor , period.
Its quite relaxing to watch with the Music in the background thank you I love the end results . Beautifully crafted 👍
Absolute perfectionism. Great stuff.
No it's not. He intentionally left the swastika on the tail off. It was actually prominent there on all the Nazis planes...
So much work and painting on hidden parts of the engine, detailed stuff.
Ufff...! 1/32 Revell.....Amazing! Great tips as always..! I saw the Revell Avro Shackleton Video and as this one.....Fantastic..! Espectacular..!
i just finished reading an article about heroin users and it pretty much describes what i'm feeling when I am watching one of your(or David Damec's) video.
Muphlon I need a calendar to add up the time I've spent watching these two and Scale-a-ton
lol, Thanks!! All the best! Dusan.
Hahahaha, a very good analogy. Cracked me up, and completely agree.
ApriliaRSV4F CRACKED me up😂
Except to make heroin you take a beautiful poppy and turn it to crap...he takes a revell kit and makes it beautiful....so exactly the opposite.
i like this video. this reminds me of an old teacher (IPMS) once said: "you will get advance results if you refine the basic". very nice, brotherham.
Wow, Revell really updated the 1970s version. Great job.
I just don't have words. 👍👍 Magnifique.
The Me262 was a brilliant machine decades before its time. Another striking innovation by the Germans.
You turned this into a mean looking machine...!!! 👍
You are master builder! Thanks for keeping me in the hobby.

Dusan if only I had steady hands like yours...............EXCELLENT!..................Ausgezeichnete Arbeit!
Great video and certainly better than when I built one c1976 seems that one of the markings is missing though.
