The silver and red Testa Rossa, is a replica of serial number 0718, that participated in the 1958 24 hours of Lemans.
I knew the gentleman who rescued 718 from the junk heap in Sacramento, around 1970. He paid $1200 for it. His restoration took 12 years. When he was done he took best of class at Pebble Beach, then proceeded to vintage race it for many years. He sold it in the late 1980s.
Today , reunited with its original matching engine, it is worth well north of $30 million.

When he bought it , it had a Chevy engine and although running was very rough. The gentleman who owned 718, told me the year before he sold it , that if someone offered him $1M , that he would take it. The deal actually included 4 other cars including a D type, and a Can Am McLaren, plus (as he put it) enough money to put his daughter through college.
Guys I take my hat off! You caught a marvellous idea and grasped a unique niche of unusual scaled replicas!
A good starting point for growing kids and grown up men who still stay to be children.

The Little Car Company holds a very special place in our hearts. Spend a day up there on a Scramble and you see their cars pootling around with absolute joy on their driver's faces.
We adore the DB5 Junior.
I expect Jodie is putting in an order for a 125% scale one so that she can get her long legs in. Most of the top drivers in those days were fairly small and light even in the full size cars. Dan Gurney's race cars were always one off or seriously modified. (Remember the GT40 with the helmet bulge?)
I take it then that she can't find clothing to fit?
At five foot four, I'm a 3/4 scale man, so one of these beauts would fit perfectly! Great creations, amazing talent behind these vehicles, thanks for sharing:)

Unfortunately he's just moved to France, but there's a guy using military nano technology to create plates that are invisible to cameras. To the naked eye they're normal, to a machine they're plain
That was cool, the little kid in was jumping for joy.

These are toys for the few, but can be admired by anyone.
Prince (KING) Charles i believe had the first every Bond toy car with most of the gadgets , built... i can still remember seeing it , amongst the Queens children's toy exhibit room when was only 8 years old on a visit to Hampton Court ..amazing scaled classics ...lovely to see ..great work and craftsmen ( and women's) ship ... at the Little car company ... just super !

My ‘64 VW Beetle has a range of 170-190 miles after electrification with 4X stock torque and 3X stock HP.
