You gave them the best you had....they dumped you....has been out swapping body fluids with everybody in the world but you....and you want that back....really? Don't ever go back, ever.
I can tell you this, my ex sure made it quite clear to everyone we both know that she had no regret of any kind that she hurt me as bad as she did. She tells me the day before she loved me then just didn't care about me...
She tried to gaslight me the other day. But when she saw it didn’t phase me and I ignored it her tone changed.

She broke up with me for almost two months and I am still crying for her. I know that she needs space from me but I miss her. I miss her touch, the way she looked at me, her kisses, I am woried that I know nothing about her day. All I think is to send her a mensage and call her but I don't do it because I must respect her time and her space. She already said that she will never get back with me. (And also I am scared of let things worst). I really was good to her and I am hurt with all of these situation. But in the end I still love her, I still miss her and I think that she is the most amazing women that I met.

@@vincentbos thank you for the video. I really identified myself on the video. On the first week of the break up I thought that my ex's sister manipulate her to break up with me and I said that to my ex (at the time I believe that I was doing a good thing ... But to be honest it was my desperation talking) but my ex reacting by saiyng that she will never come back to me and unfriended me on all of her social media. After that I saw her on more time at June 28th (we were at the university), I try to talk to her and she didn't look at me I really felt humiliated and sad with everything. Later that day she passed by me and she talked to me. She only said goodbye though ... On that moment I think that I felt chemistry between us but probably is just my imagination. I started no contact with her since this day.
Keep up your amazing hope. Your videos are amazing, sooth my anxiety and helps me getting prespective on the issues I need to work for myself.

Honestly, imo ,that's why I would prefer if it were the case where you hadn't spoken in a long period, when they reach out they're more likely to miss you more than in a friendly way, bc theyve experience "life without you".
I wouldn't get frustrated dealing with an ex who would constantly reach out every week, couple weeks or so to "check" on me.
Could u tell me why she did this? She was the one who decided to break up. She came to me telling she does not want. I agree on her decision. I told her i respect her decision then i went no contact. She never blocked me on whatsap. Aftr 3 months she just blocked me yesterday. She was seeing my whatsapp story and i have ignored her. Why is she behaving like that? I use to love her so much but after the no contact i move on

We were together 7 years. When he broke up w me 6 mths ago, he moved out and we went straight into no contact. Like none whatsoever. Its been the most difficult painful last 6 mths of my life. I keep wondering if he will come back but it doesn't feel likely. After this long and after the person went through all the trouble of packing up and moving out, has anyone like this ever come back? He cried more than I did when he was leaving me and nothing I said would convince him to stay. I feel so lost still like ill never have answers and it crushes me to pieces thinking that ill never look at him or talk to him again. How could he just have disappeared like this after 7 years of drilling it into me to never give up on him, that I was his dream girl, that we were meant to always be together. How will I ever get over him? I dont want to.

I myself was and somewhat still going thru it but it gets better trust me I'm sure are an amazing person it's not your lost and it was very smart that you went straight into no contact.
Look I know its not easy but please please don't have hope and don't stalk his social media erase and block everything and every picture and every gift by now should be in thr landfill.

We broke up over a argument n me being disrespectful I blew her phone up for a day the got blocked then I had a friend talk to her I got unblocked then we got n other argument the blocked again after 2 weeks I text her today she did even look shes blocked me on everything but one thing

Talking rubbish ...not every relationship ends because the dumper wants to end things . Sometimes love is not enough and there are many fundamental reasons why two people can't be together . Not every dumper wants to go out and enjoy. Depending on the reasons sone dumpers want to just be on their own and take tine to reflect.
