- Did another Monster Games "practice" workout today, well, technically two:
On a single, continuously running 12 minute clock:
EVENT 5 "Billy Blanks" (2 minute cap) - complete 48 Chest to Bar pull-ups
Directly into (if you finish)...
EVENT 6 "Richard Simmons"
2 rounds of:
6 Wall Walk POGO Box Jump Overs (24/20)
48 Double Unders
8 Overhead Squats (145/100)
Then, 2 rounds of:
8 Ring Muscle Ups
48 Double Unders
6 Hang Squat Snatches (145/100)
When the running clock hits 12:00, all done!

That looked pretty brutal. How much do you think you slowed down on the wall-climbs due to the slick floor? Even then, if they were a few seconds faster, might not have mattered much.
It was pretty significant....I'd guess those could be up to 5s faster per rep...which is quite a bit of time across the 12 total.
