STAR WARS Trench Run in my JEEP

It’s time for the final trip of the summer season. It’s off to Jasper again; but before I hit the trail I stopped off at the Alberta Outdoor Adventure Expo. My daughter was with me and the expo just didnt impress her much.
It was off to the trailhead.
This time we were off to a Brule Lake; it was here we encountered a Death Star trench run…or was it Beggars Canyon? Either way, I wasn’t convinced my Jeep would fit through the deep underground trench!

Editor Note: The pool noodle belonged to the people at the beach; we found this out when we tried to collect it so it wouldn't litter the beach. Tried to film this, but they got pissed off at me...I think they were high or missed their meds like the preppers did...

Yeah it's a great area! The last KM of the trail is very unique; 8 feet wide x 9 feet deep ish. It's definitely a bit weird going "underground"; the Lake is super cool. As with most adventures this year, the blanket of smoke ruined how picturesque Brule actually is; it's usually quite stunning.

Thanks! It’s my favorite trip so far; such a unique place. The wildfire smoke took away from how scenic this spot is.
