delicious spicy pickled eggs

  • Eggs from our chickens were piling up so we found a way to preserve them that is delicious. Red onion, jalepenos, garlic, coriander, mustard and dill make up the contents that we pickled in a brine made of vinegar, water, sugar and salt.

    do you just pull out an egg and eat it? or - - do you eat everything in the jar?

      I'll usually eat the eggs and some of the jalapeños and garlic but sometimes won't eat all of the onion, just depends on who is eating them with me.

      I do refrigerate after opening and try to consume the content within a week if possible...that just me.
