I recently discovered your UA-cam video featuring the Veg Jalapeño Poppers recipe, and I must say it was a delightful experience! Your video was short of fantastic. Your clear and concise instructions, coupled with your infectious enthusiasm for the recipe, made it an absolute joy to watch and replicate. Your meticulous guidance, from jalapeño prep to the mouthwatering, cheesy, and crispy outcome, was incredibly helpful. What truly set your video apart was the emphasis on creativity and adaptability. Your encouragement to explore diverse fillings and flavors is a wonderful touch, as it enables viewers to add their personal twist to the recipe, catering to individual tastes. Your dedication to providing a delightful cooking experience and promoting culinary exploration is truly commendable. Keep up the fantastic work, and I look forward to trying out more of your mouthwatering recipes in the future!
Out of all the youtube videos i watch about cooking, yours is the best! You explain everything step by step while showing us slowly!Thank u so much!!!!!!!
I can't wait to try! Thank you! P.S. If you don't eat eggs I found out ground flaxseed with water sitting 10 minutes becomes a slimy "coating" for breading! :)
This is the best video/recipe I have seen on youtube. I notice other youtubers are using uncooked fresh jalapeños prior to frying. When they bit into them, it looked like the jalapeño was still raw.
We had a local gas station who used to serve poppers and they were so different. Kinda tangy, now I know what the tang was. Thank you so much! I cannot wait to try these!
I've watched so many popper recipe videos that they've become routine, but, your recipe is different. Yours is the 1st I've seen that uses pickled jalapeños. Great idea. Thanks!! I will definitely try this recipe!
This was AMAZING! I was freaking out because I had slices of jalapenos in the can but then I just put cheese in the middle of two slices like a jalapeno sandwich and prayed for the best! It still came out bomb :D
Looks so good.... I usually add creamcheese with the cheddar cheese to stuff the jalepeno with! But wow, those are some chunky deliciouse jalepeno poppers!
I have 4 granddaughters ages 2to 6 , they get excited about visiting Papaw to get treats , I so appreciate your recipes , they are always super tasty and with your instructions easily made , Thank You so much
It is best to place them on a rack after the cook, to prevent the bottom from being soggy. I am a cook, and I adore your channel. I make all homemade food. It’s hard work, but very rewarding for my husband, children and myself. I love how you explain things so well for those who need it. Try putting them into the fridge and then letting them set to room temp before the fry. The cheese will not melt properly if it is frozen and it’s an odd texture. From my own experience of many years. You’re such a sweet woman. God bless you and your family!
Hi! Found your recipe a week or so ago. Pickled my peppers last night and prepped them this morning with my daughter! One more hour in the freezer and I'll let you know how they taste via editing this comment! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe! I always wondered how they were made! Premade poppers are so expensive!
The reason why you need to freeze them which I don't understand why she didn't mention, is because the bread crumbs will fall all apart once you put it in the oil and also the cheese will melt way too soon, and cheese will be oozing out everywhere before the bread crumbs gets crispy on the outside so yes definitely freeze them
You, my good Lady, are awesome! That recipe is foolproof. I've been cooking for years and even grew up in NM but have never made poppers. I am SO making these.🖒 My partner has a sensitive tummy and its frustrating when I cook, I like some of my food with a kick, but if he doesn't want any, then more for me. LoL I like the pickled aspect of the Jalapenos, nice, and the drying, flour and freezing, I never would've thought of that, especially the freezing, and it makes total sense. If you ever want my personal recipe for green chili stew please let me know, or anyone else reading my comment. Its quite tasty. Have a great night. Mind hug everyone! 😆🤗🍻🌲
those look so delicious!!! thanks for the oily hand tip when working with jalapenos.. Def going to try that!! Also, i love your pie dishes and how they have the recipes inside!!! super cute
Thank you so much for sharing this video. I love Jalapeno Poppers with cheddar, but I can only find them in the stores filled with creme cheese. And I don't want to go to a restaurant every time for them. So finding your video has been rewarding! I will be trying these ASAP.
I absolutely love the way you explained it and the different ingredients you can use! I'll be using fresh jalapeños & the other recipes I've seen on your site... I will definitely be following you for more & recommending you to my family and friends!! TY!!
Tried for superbowl turned out perfect for first try. Freezer tip made all the difference. Barely any leaky cheese also I used shredded but added sour cream to clump. I couldn't form wo. Thanks and I used same brand canned jalepenos seems like being soft helped
This reminds me of the ones they sell at church's chicken. I used to love those. I'm vegan now but still like looking at your recipe videos to see what I can make vegan. This is totally one of those recipes. Thanks 😊
I just made my own. With cream cheese, pizza blend, cheddar, Monterey jack, mozzarella, Munster, fried onion and bacon stuffed. I am never going to be thin. Oh well, just more of me to love. Lol
Arby's are hard to beat and they are cream cheese as well (here in northeast Arkansas). I have never took the time to make Jalapeno poppers from scratch but you can bet I will now :)
I've not tried the pickled peppers, but I bet it helps when trying to get your breading to stick.... a common problem allot of us have had with fresh peppers. Going to give it a test soon, thanks a million Mama your the best!
Just got some jalapenos from the garden and usually do then stuffed with cream cheese and wraped in bacon but cheddar poopers are my absolute favorite! Your recipe is the only one i came across that look restaurant quality lol so i will be making these tomorrow thank you so so much for uploading!!
Oh Mamà! This is the first time my mouth actually watered and I drooled when looking at the recipe tasting, LOL! Well that is going on my short to do list! I have already decided to make beef enchiladas and refritos for Christmas this year and guess what else is going on the list!

Great minds think alike. I tried both fresh and the pickled. For me the pickled was hands down awesome. The fresh ones had way to much strong green flavor for me.
For some reason I never thought about using canned peppers! Those look yummy! I usually use fresh and stuff with cream cheese and wrap with bacon. But these look more like restaurant style. YUM! My six year old watched the video and now wants to crack some eggs. Lol

With the closed captions on,when they are frying it says applause!😂😂
Kristy Valdez I noticed that lol

😂
Lmao
Haa
I heard that Crunch at the end man I'm sold on that recipe.
What a neat shortcut. I never thought of using canned pickled jalapenos very nice. Thank you
I can't wait to try! Thank you! P.S. If you don't eat eggs I found out ground flaxseed with water sitting 10 minutes becomes a slimy "coating" for breading! :)
It turns into a gel if any wants to know 👍🏼 I use flax seed in homemade soap as well.
Thank you 😊
I just harvested a large crop of fresh jalapeños from my garden. I’ll be making and freezing these tomorrow! 🌶🌶🌶
Be sure to try to pickle some. The flavor of both are to die for. Or to live for. Whatever the colloquialism, they are both amazing and essential.
Glitch in the Matrix 👍 💯 🍻

Ive never had Arby's but i LOVE Jack in the Box Jalapeno Poppers!
Arby’s jalapeño poppers are not good at all. Jack in the Box on the other hand are delicious!
