I think he was just taking it nice and easy because we had some scary moments earlier. That car has a ridiculous amount of power...you really have to stay on top of things.
It's extremely quick....with the right tires, it would hang with almost anything. The owner of Fast Lane has a Cobra that runs in the low 9 second range in the quarter, so if you get the set-up just right, they can be quicker than any supercar on the road.
I thought you might like this one. It's the wildest thing I've ever been in. I've ridden in Hemi Cuda's, Shelby Mustangs, ZR1's....and none of them give you the wild ride that this thing can.
I'm a big fan of the "Cleavor" engine, nothing sounds or feels like it anywhere else in the automotive world. Very sweet ride Brother, keep 'em coming!
You're definitely right, it runs just as good as the real thing, but it's not so valuable that you're afraid to drive it. Thanks for watching, Richard!
Technically those are SVO heads. They are based on Cleveland heads but even better. These were what were raced on Fords in NASCAR and other series in the 80's and early 90's before the Yates heads replaced them. They are awesome heads. They will fit either a 335 series block (Cleveland) or the 90 deg V8 (Windsor) engines.
I had a 1934 Ford 3 window pro street hot rod with a clevor 352 Windsor with Cleveland heads. It’s a 351 Windsor block with two barrel heads from a Cleveland heads.
awesome video man. very well done. How come you never do a little interview with the owners? remember that honest george Rx7 video from nelsonracing that i sent you? Your video's could be like that crazy ass stuff. cheers!
You couldn't use any more power than this one has anyway. It broke the tires loose every time he got near full throttle. That windsor/cleveland hybrid has a stupid amount of power.
He wasn't even being hard on it...it has power to spare. Thanks for checking it out!
That's cool that he put one together himself. I have a video of a factory five cobra coming up soon.
It really is a monster....those Cleveland heads definitely get the job done.
Glad you liked it...thanks for having a look!
It's definitely not for the faint of heart. Thanks for taking a look at it.

I've been in some pretty wild cars over the years, but none that were any more fun than this one. That thing is wicked fast.
Thanks for taking a look Jos. It is an awesome machine for sure.

What a fine example of the Cobra, I'm digging that they went with a 351 too. Thanks so much for sharing!
Thanks for checking it out!
My dad had the factory five cobra. Took him 4 years to built. It was SO sexy!
Trust me, it has more power than it can use. Every time he'd get even near full throttle, it would break loose.
I'm a big fan of the "Cleavor" engine, nothing sounds or feels like it anywhere else in the automotive world. Very sweet ride Brother, keep 'em coming!
It doesn't look like it's lacking any power to me. In fact, it has more power than most people could handle already.
You're definitely right, it runs just as good as the real thing, but it's not so valuable that you're afraid to drive it. Thanks for watching, Richard!
Nice 1966 Shelby AC Cobra replica !!
that is one sweet car!! i was disappointed when you said a 351 but wow lots of power to spare!
Very Nice... This video brought to you by TIRERACK... Your going to need to call them after your test drive...
Thanks for watching!
Those heads must be great, because that thing was a monster. That car could get loose even in 4th...it was a wicked beast.

They can easily go for that much and more. Thanks for watching, Richard.
Awesome car Jeff !! Really love that type off body style.
And goosebumbs on your back from that sound coming from those pipes....

That was sick!! Imagine what a 427 would be like eh!!☺
Nothing beats the real deal but that price tag certainly makes it doable.
Sweat ride (buddy needs to hone up his shifting a bit though LoL)
Thanks for watching, I appreciate it. This beast makes it's own music, that's for sure.
Hi Geoff,

Oh yeah, that thing is quick. Thanks for watching!
I plan to do videos like that at some point. Right now, I just have a hard time finding the time.
wow...ac cobras are always awesome...
Thanks for watching, I appreciate it!
It can easily break the tires loose in the first four gears. It's really a beast for sure. Thanks for watching!

351 not 352

The car was amazing! I miss it! Fast as crap too! 0-60 in 3.9
The cost in the UK for the real thing is £50K + !

Yeah, I think a hemi just might be overkill...lol
That thing is screaming!!!

I like the Chevelle at the back

That car would most likely scare the living shit out of me, but I'll take my chances - I'll take it..! LOL :-)
Jos , je hebt je reactie aan Jeff via de mijne laten lopen !
Every Corvette owners worst nightmare.
Won't run long after the steering column wears thru that plug wire
ya baby let go and not just a boggen 302
Also My Pleasure You Know It haha
Why would you put a 351 when the original engine is bigger 427 O.o
