Literally the most perfect recipe on YT! I used pink salt, fresh cracked pepper, garlic and onion powder, smoked paprika and cayenne…I didn’t even put it on a plate…ate it straight off the pan like a savage 😂😂😂
Yes I LOVE mine with butter versus olive oil!!! So much more flavorful 😋😋😋 && still allows you to make sure the seasoning still sticks 👌🏾💁🏾♀️ The olive oil just seems too oily for me if you know what I mean, lol! 😅
Yes my elderly ass ain’t got no tiktok and ain’t gettin none, my kids constantly spying on me lil ninjas I ain’t need the Chinese govmnt doing that. Please maam post the recipe here in the comments!
I look at different UA-cam videos on cooking different things. I am amazing in the kitchen but when I came across this video, I cook my salmon exactly like this and I was thinking OK go mama looks delicious. Keep doing you congratulations❤
Straight to the point, I put my lil seasoning made it stick with the olive oil and touched it up with melted butter when it was done. Super quick for my meal preps. Thanks.
first time cooking salmon. got a big bag that was donated to me with boneless, skinless filets. package says after thawing to toss it in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 400. Didn't throw any seasoning or anything on it as i lack some outside of salt and pepper. gunna see how it tastes initially first before experimenting with it. Got some tilapia as well, never cooked fish in my life. wish me luck lol.
If you can have brown sugar, sprinkle a little bit of brown sugar on top and like the other guy said, throw it under the broiler last 2 minutes .. mmmmmm
I’m not trying to tell anyone how to cook salmon, but fish have their own oil if you season the fish and bake it the same way you’ll get the same results just less oily. I meal prep weekly and twice a week salmon is prepared Sunday and Wednesday.
@@lisrode9789 I got a few mixes that I’ll use but the must haves are garlic powder, onion powder(be light with those) then some slap ya mama seasoning and some lemon pepper you can go a little heavier on those but within reason, then I personally sprinkle some fresh lemon juice on once it’s done but that’s optional🤙🏽
I just made this with our traditional NYE meal and my goodness’s everyone still talking about it and texting me..what? How? I just had to come and thank you for sharing your masterpiece!!! Thank you!! Thank you!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Salmon thaw very I put in plastic bag let cold water run on it thawing about 10-15 just make sure you dry the fish with paper towels just pat both sides you don't want steamed/poached fish space apart also this goes for any meat
Olive oil salt and pepper. Take it out of the oven after 10 minutes. Or 15 minutes depending on the temperature of the oven. Squeeze fresh lemon add capers, that's it.
@@exhollywood I have, I didn’t really cook that much 4 months ago though…. can’t just say “be creative” to someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing though. You could’ve answered without being a condescending asshole about it btw.

Whatever you prefer! Lots of people prefer garlic and butter. It looks like they used paprika, thyme or rosemary, and some sort of pepper? 🤔i cant really tell, just a guess.
I always pan fry it with some salt, pepper, and a bit of butter.. all salmon flavours, mild seasoning, and fresh taste… salmon doesn’t need ridiculous amounts of seasoning to be good
I can't figure out why clarified butter is never used. It's so dam delicious. I like to overheat the separation process to get an incredible candy like flavor. I hardly ever use olive oil.
I wouldn't use anything but Tony Chacheres blackened seasoning, but be careful not to use too much. Only season the flesh with a little olive oil and like she said 425 degrees 10 minutes for me. I like my salmon medium rare.
😂 40 minutes is how I cook it..because I'm scare to eat food under cook lol..is it to much its really soft and good ..I do 30 min cover with the foil then the rest without to have the top Crispy
Thank you! Straight to the point with no BS talk

I just made it. Used butter verses olive oil. Baked 10mins broiled 3 mins. It’s delicious 🤤
Did you broil on low or high?

I would like the noodle recipe too please? Looks good!
When I make mine I use the noodles, unthawed shrimp, and Italian dressing so good

what did you mean when you said to allow it to set for 5 to 7 minutes? like to keep it outside the oven after cooking?
Yes. Always let meat and fish after cooking😊
Let juices redistribute thru out any fish/ meat if cut right out oven you will lose juices dry tough
Ok but what seasonings?
Slap yah mama
This is exactly what I was looking for. Perfect for cooking up some salmon quickly before or after the gym 👌
This literally worked so perfectly for me. I cooked for my roommates and I, turned out amazing and everyone loved it!!!🔥🔥🔥💯💯 10/10
What spices did you use?
Yes
Please use avocado oil for anything over 350 Degrees!!! Olive oil is dangerous above that temperature. Avocado oil has a higher smoking point.
Thanks for the info😊may I know what seasonings to use, please 😊

Making this for dinner tonight with rice, avocado, maybe some veggies and some spicy sauce
Ok
Thanks for the cooking instructions, it came out good 😋
What are the seasonings?
I used Cajun all seasoning with some extra garlic powder, a little bit of lemon 🍋, and added a drizzle of honey. It came out remarkably
10 - 12 minutes don’t seem long enuff
I will try it tho
In foil ?

It’s perfect 👍 I tried !!
Salmon is delicious
Yummy
Thanks!
Thank you for explaining what temperature and how long to cooked it.
Thx for sharing
It's looks so yummy. And I just give it a try today
I followed the instructions, is it supposed to be raw in the center? I put it in for 4 more minutes.
Did you use sockeye salmon like she used or Atlantic salmon? Sockeye requires less cooking time due to how much leaner it is
About to make this RIGHT NOW
What seasonings are used?
Do I fold the foil over it or what do I do there… gonna cook it in a minute
This is exactly what i was looking for Dan Thanks a lot!!
Is there a battery that might enhance the power and distance with the f3? Thx
Thankyou I am going to cook mine now
I tried it. It’s so good and such a simple way of making it.
Hi how long to preheat?
The best salmon of my life!!!
How long would you microwave it without overdoing it?
0 seconds
I used Penzeys hot curry powder and it was amazing!
My salmon wasnt totally defrosted, so I cooked it a "little" longer. Yeah, do not over cook! 😂 Salmon temp is 145 degrees... FYI 😊
What are the ingredients?

Does it matter if the salmon is frozen or fresh?
Salmon thaw very I put in plastic bag let cold water run on it thawing about 10-15 just make sure you dry the fish with paper towels just pat both sides you don't want steamed/poached fish space apart also this goes for any meat
Covered with foil or not?
Olive oil salt and pepper.
Take it out of the oven after 10 minutes. Or 15 minutes depending on the temperature of the oven. Squeeze fresh lemon add capers, that's it.
What are the pros and cons in not removing the skin?
you make ir sound so easy
“So you’re gonna season it” wow real helpful 🤦♂️
😂
It’s obviously some paprika or chili powder and some pepper salt and parsley with olive oil. It’s not that hard guys.
@@exhollywood it’s not obvious if you don’t know all the spices lmao

No
Like my salmon skinless trout my favorite...
Nice!
How many minutes at what temperature?I’ve been struggling for years it always comes out overcooked like rubber or half raw
10-12 minutes at 425°F
Do you cover it?
I wouldn't cover it steam fish wont get crispy too much moisture build up
Thanks
I was listening to a Mediterranean diet so I'm getting all these tips

Cajun seasoning is always a hit
Cajun is always good, butter and garlic as well, my go to is lemon and roasted garlic seasoning

425 F = 218 deg celcius for you fellow British folks.
Sorry, I must like my salmon dry because I do 15 minutes. 400 degrees
Facts
Why would someone think you’re playing when you say you eat salmon? “I eat a lot of salmon” “no you don’t”. Things that never happened 🙄
whats 425 in c?
Exactly what i was looking for i dont want all that sauce on my fish!
Mine is half frozen still but I’m trying this anyways
Salmon is delicious you should definitely be careful because there’s a lot of heavy metal in seafood and especially salmon nowadays
Where is the list of ingredients?
Thanks it came out perfect

Wow I never heard of it!
What seasoning did you use
Do you cover it with foil or leave it uncovered while it’s cooking?
I leave it uncovered to make the edges slightly crispier 😋
I don’t eat meat at all. 🙅🏻♀️
Just Salmon, vegetables and fruits.
You're supposed to put the olive oil on FIRST, common misconception.
If you’re going to make recipe videos maybe include…the ingredients?

25 mins tops and that's at 350°
10 to 12 minutes @ 425 IS Overcooked when it's only 1/2" thick.....
Damn i tried this and I overcooked it after 10 minutes. I'll do 6 minutes next time. And let the residual heat finish it off.
Thank you for the warning. I can’t power through this one. My cat is my baby and I immediately imagined him being murdered. I can’t do it.
