This looks great. Going to see if you have an updated video on this, because my S21 doesn't have an "Advanced" option to select.
My phone is J7 so try clicking on gallery app as if you're gonna open it..then click on the 3 dots at right top corner choose recycle bin ...it will open and you can choose which photos or videos to delete

I did this by my self and I pressed on cleared data on all the apps 😅 and it free up alot of space then I go on UA-cam I searched what free up space and it is the exact same thing that 😅 I did im 12 years old and I'm watching you from Guyana 🇬🇾 😅 👦

I use my SD card to move alot of videos pictures there.

What helped me immensely was doing a factory reset of my phone. Back everything up to Google Drive first before the reset, then sign in to Google Drive which restores everything again, minus the trash accumulated in storage.
