Thank you for making the Last Stand. It was A LOT of fun for my friends and I back during Left 4 Dead 1. Three friends I met on L4D1 online versus became a strong team and would body people on both survivor and infected. xLAWL3SSx was a real homie and could play smoker like no one else.
The trash-talk commentary was so fun! Thanks a bunch to all involved, this was delightful

End of the fourth dark carnival level was clutch as hell.
This was easily the funniest commentary I’ve ever heard from a “couch” please invite them all back again
Funk master's diablo pacifist and Bone Saw's ratchet and clank are also really great.
Coder here, Lerp means linear interpolation and is usually used for transforming things over time. The function gets a discrete time step like for example 1 second and then calculates how far said object has to have traveled within that timeframe based on it's speed etc. Works perfectly fine for linear movement but will result in unwanted behavior for any for of rotational or angular movement so for that we use slerp usually. Sometimes it doesn't matter all that much and since lerp is less calculation heavy it's used instead.

i wanna speedrun games one day i just don’t know where to start
Step 1 is to pick a game you really like that you won't mind running over and over and over and over again ad infinitum.
Step 2 is to find online speedrunning recourses that already exist for that game.
Step 3 is to try it yourself! Time yourself and jot down your final time, and then run it again trying to get faster.
Step 4 is ????

I think speedrunning this game would be scarier than playing it for real cause killing the specials wastes time so the whole time your just running from tanks, chargers, and hunters, etc.
Someone please explain how being on adrenaline changes the physics of gas pouring out of a can, making it pour faster...

I keep imagining a speedrunner character in a normal story. They are able to bend the laws of physics and possess knowledge of the future, allowing them to perform great deeds. Unfortunately, the are sociopathic, valuing speed over human life.

I do not understand why he switches between easy and hard - once you switch to easy, what is the point of switching back to hard?
He changes it to expert to kill his AI teammates because AI in Left 4 Dead are dogshit, and then changes it to easy so he can beat the level quicker
Swapping to hard lets you down the bots in like 2 shots. VS a ton of shots

I assume he's a fan of Kill La Kill, the series the 2 scissor blades are from. The red one is the main weapon of the main character and the purplish one is used by a major antagonist.
They're the weapons from Kill la Kill. They fight with scissor halves because the show has heavy themes of fabric (or lack thereof lol)

Silly question, but is there a reason the campaigns are done out of order?
The dark carnival finale kicks the bots out of the game so he does it first to save time not having to kill them every time.
I wonder why the run isnt start from dead center?
