No it isn't "full" strong because there's no limit to his strength which means he cannot go all-out at all. That punch was simply a bit stronger than the previous ones.
1. He didn't get damaged by Boros, his clothes simply got dirtier and worn from the fight. Unless you see him bleed, he hasn't been damaged AT ALL. 2. Yes, he managed to create a punch so powerful it didn't even hit him but the shockway did and it blew him away. He didn't one-punch Boros because he wanted to give him an exhilarating fight and he was controlling his punches. Also he can't fly because humans can't fly as he states. 4. He is precisely limitless because he is a parody character that shows up to destroy an enemy with one punch after everyone else had failed to do so. He is a type of "Superman is strong but my hero Peter can blow up a galaxy by farting" character which means he could produce a punch to level a planted if he wanted because he can do everything his creator wants him to.
Goku never break his limits. Goku always surpasses his limits. Meanwhile Saitama removed his limiter. Point of sitama is that he can always use as much power as he needs to defeat his opponents. Even if he gives his moves names it doesn't mean that they are 100% true. Boros called his laser "Collapsing star roaring cannon" now if it really was a star then it wouldn't have just destroy the planet but most likely entire solar system at least. Also collapsing star can even refer to supernove so are you saying that Boros had a supernove level attack because he said so? Of course he didn't. The point of Saitama's character is that no matter how strong the enemy is he can always beat them at the end. While other shonen mangas try to minimize this illusion of "Main character will always win" OPM just doesn't care. It literally made sure that the viewer understands there will never be a character who can beat or even come close to saitama in OPM. Boros' last line was actually kind of heartbreaking. Especially as Saitama walks away, it's like reaching the highest point you'll ever reach, no competition, nothing to strive for because you're already there, it can leave a person empty. It can be lonely at the top
That was, indeed, the message from the first season of One Punch Man. Saitama’s struggle is not and will never be physical, because no one and nothing can truly challenge his might. All of his challenges are social and societal in nature. He understands Boros in a way nobody else ever could… and so he tried to make the otherworldly warlord’s final fight something to remember… But it was all a lie, and in the end Boros realized that. Can I point out that Lord Boros a one eyed villain who bleeds tons leads a unit called Dark Matter. A certain videogame series is begging me to make the reference obvious.
Yeah, it's easy to overlook how sad this was for both Saitama and Boros at first glance. They were both looking for the same thing in this fight and neither of them got it. Boros spent 20 long years for a good fight and all he got was a hopeless mismatch.
What I love the most is that the first episode was "The Strongest Man". And the last one was "The Strongest Hero". Meaning Saitama has really gone through from being a Hero for fun to a real hero.
@@simonetorelli5062 God hasn’t appeared in the manga yet and I don’t think he’s properly appeared in the webcomic either, he’s been spoken about and hinted at, but he’s never physically appeared
We have to admit. Boros was still able to talk for a few minutes after being hit by Saitama's serious punch... That's shows how strong he really was. Anything and anyone else would have been completely obliterated.
If I recall, it was explained that they were fighting so fast no one could even see them fight. Which is why no one noticed Saitama beating him up. Not to mention it was confirmed that his "Collapsing Star Roaring Cannon" is able to destroy stars. So yeah, with that speed and power Boros would probably beat the shit out of literally every other hero. Especially in a 1 on 1.

I don't know did you guys caught it, but Boro's heart starts "pumping" again at the end, just before he releases his final attack. Exactly the same like Saitama's heart woke up when he was facing subterrans in his dream. Saitama was holding back and didn't one shot Boros intentionally. He wanted him to have his exciting battle, because he knows how it feels to be too strong to fight any challenge in the world. That was really touching to me, idk why.
A common troupe in anime: the side characters fights the main bad guy just to keep him busy until the Main character arrives to beat the villian They use the troupe in OPM as well, except the "side characters" doesn't realize that they are waiting for the main character to arrive. They honestly believe they are the last line of defense
Just wanted to add a point. He was breathing in space when kicked to the moon. It's an autonomic function. It took him realizing where he was to then think about holding his breath. Before this he showed no visible signs o distress, in fact quite the opposite.
I love the OST of this anime. That piano really hit and I love how heavy and just depressing Boro's death felt. The OST and the weight of the title, "The Strongest Hero", just brought out how lonely and sad this "win" was. Saitama, despite being too strong for his own good, is kind enough to give Boros the battle he always wanted because he understood Boros' desire for a real fight. He even lied so that Boros may rest while believing he fought head to head with him. Unfortunately, he was smart enough to call out his lie and although he earned the thrill he always desired before death, he realized his opponent wasn't even taking it seriously. Saitama, even if he doesn't show it, probably feels guilty for not being able to go all-out for Boros and upset at himself for being too strong. Of course, he is also upset that despite Boros being stronger than anyone he's ever fought, he still wasn't able to force Saitama into using his full strength. Edit: I still can NOT get over how well they captured that feeling of loneliness and just depression as Saitama walked away. That battle was no one's win.
I beg you, watch Mob Psycho 100! It's from the same creator who made One Punch Man but it's the project he took seriously, while One Punch Man was the one he did for fun (ha, get it?) and it really shows!
Nika I think they should do mob psycho later because I think MHA fits the hole superhero thing they have going on but I also love mob psycho so totally has my vote later on.
uh, ilike your spirit but not really, i read the manga and there's literally a chapter where he basically says in an omake that he was forced to make another series and that's where Mob psycho came from. He did take it seriously tough, that show is amazing, i love OPM more but Mob Psycho's ending is just perfection
This is spoilers regarding Tornado and Saitama They DO in fact eventually fight, of course Saitama didn't want to. Tornado just felt insulted enough to go all out on Saitama, apparently her psy-powers don't directly effect Saitama which spooked her hard, but she can move things around her to attack him. So Saitama could win if he tried (of course), and Boros could have done the same to her too.

My Hero Academia is a show almost made for you considering how much you guys love super hero shows. My Hero does almost everything perfectly in terms of action, story etc
sebastian guerrero I mean popular opinion about this show is very positive. It doesnt do anything new it just refines the aspects every superhero show has. Plus, I dont really understand how a show can be 'tricking' people into thinking its good, ever considered that its actually good and people like it?
In mean if you don't like it okay but you didn't word that as an opinion but as fact. This is an issue since many others enjoy it and it is critically acclaimed. You sound like an elitist brat essentially by treating your personal opinion as the only opinion that actually matters.
sebastian guerrero Do you really need to reply to everyone who says they like this show that it sucks seriously. Also I haven't seen you give a reason for why you dislike it yet either you wanna state your opinion then that's fine but put some substance to it.
Nope, will never happen. As stated by the creator of OPM, Saitamas strongest punch = half the energy released in the big bang. He would instantly rip the universe apart.
Fun fact: the punch that one punch threw at genos was a sirious punch but then he called back the punch because he was hungry, that's why just the wind of that punch made a HUGE hole
I don't know if you'll see this but Boros is the representation of saitama during his speech when they first met he said that he was bored of beating everyone on the universe just like saitama and saitama realized this and that's why he wasn't going all out because he knew the feeling of boredom and wanted Boros to feel the spirit of fight again thats why you hear his heartbeat at his final move it's something not many people get and it's awesome to know
Desi Stark Like I said, to each their own, I tried to give them variety, like a WWW2related-supernatural-tragedy (AOT), a "realistic"-tragedy plus some philosophy about human relationships and compassion (91 days), a supernatural philosophical one about humans as a part of a whole world (Parasyte) and a more happy, funny, but also emotional story about never giving up (My Hero Academia).
Alright first off if anyone here really enjoyed One Punch Man I highly recommend watching Mob Psycho 100 next. Its made by the same creator as OPM and its just as an amazing show. It has great characters a great story and humor. Okay now OPM, all the animation is done by Madhouse they are THE top notch studio in Japan. But all the character designs and scenes were originally drawn by One who is the creator he also hand drew all of the Manga and yes the OVAs were in the Manga as well as shorts he drew in between manga issues. Man it is hilarious how fast you guys forget character names and then butcher them completely or call someone a different name haha
Did they realize that the season ended the same way it started. When Saitama punched Vaccine man in the first episode he said the same thing as he did in the end of this episode.
So I'm watching you guys react to this episode and the scene comes on where boros sends saitama to the moon. The time from the hit to saitama landing on the moon (incredibly rough approximation) took 3 seconds. The moon is 238,900 miles away. 238,900 miles in 3 seconds translates to 286,680,000 miles per hour, which is 42.74% the actual speed of light. Saitama never even cared. Just goes to show his absolute durability, and the strength of Boros.
Since you guys probably are going to watch whatever the next anime you decide to watch in dub. You should watch one with a good dub. I would recommend Steins;Gate or Death Note do to them having well done dubbing + both animes are amazing in there own way.
There's a hell of lot to analyze in Steins;Gate especially if you get past the "slow" start. But I agree that Death Note would be a better fit for them currently do to the lack of experience they have with anime.
btw just to give context on why saitama was so short tempered/sad at times in this fight "are you finished i.e.". boros told him he had to travel GALAXIES away to find someone who could fight him.... and boros to him was like a flailing child. it basically confirmed saitamas fear that he would never again get a challenging fight from anyone.
It's implied that Metal Knight is that "rampaging cyborg" that Genos told Saitama about in his overly-long backstory. We know Metal Knight isn't the type to care about the lives of others, such as that time with the meteor. I think it's implied Genos' home town was a target for one of Metal Knight's "field tests".
@@caritaniemi6566 not really, just imagine what would happen to humanity if Saitama wasn't there to stop him and his crew. He's pretty much god level threat.
The whole idea of this anime was that, this hero does not struggle against villains but struggles against everyday life. He can beat enemies but he can not beat the established authority.
If you read the original online comic by "One", you can read the fight between Saitama and Tornado. It's pretty hilarious when you see Speed of Sound Sonic comes in the middle of their fight.
one funny/cool thing people have pointed out is that the time of the simultaneous scenes where Saitama is on the moon and Boros is monologuing after kicking him to the moon don't add equally, when you play the scenes next to each other, Saitama lands back on earth before ever even jumping off the moon, which could mean he propelled himself fast enough to go back in time by a few seconds
Im jumping on the My Hero Academia thing. Also All Might, one of the main characters is voiced by Chris Sabat(Vegeta's voice actor). Plus the whole thing is awesome
Actually I did watch it and I never thought I would get a Sky High in an anime..main character gets bullied because he has no powers..attends a school were you train to become heros..then he blah blah blah...heros save the day. Whoopy doo.
I like My Hero Academia and all, but I want to watch them react to a more serious show. That's why I want either Death Note or Code Geass. Preferably Death Note.
That serious punch reaction from u guys is really amazing. Knowing how strong saitama is but he still surprised with that new punch. That was exactly my reaction while watching!
just a heads up for those curious, Tornado and Saitama have "fought" and when she uses her psychic powers on him she says that it feels heavy, so her telekinetic powers work, but on him, for some reason, it's a lot harder
Characters you forgot, Buff guy in the speedo is Black Luster(I think that's his name...pretty sure it's longer) Fat guy is Pig God Tank Top Master?(something along those lines?) And that's all I got
Please react to Attack On Titan! There's already a season 2 and they made a live action movie. I bet you'll really like it if your a Walking Dead/Game Of Thrones Fan.
Another interesting point is that he didn't even hit Boros with his Serious Punch: he was fifty feet away...it was just the *wind* of that punch that obliterated him.
Funny thing about Torando, but its a SPOILER: She couldn't stop Saitama in the manga or web comic, she tried to shoot him up the air, but could only lift him for a couple seconds because he was "to heavy".
In the manga, we have only see Blast (#1 in the Hero Assosiation) once, but never his face. He has a similar costume to Saitama, except Blast has hair. He is the reason that Tornado became a hero. Some people used to speculate that Blast was Saitama, except as to the issue that blast was around when Saitiama would have only been a young boy. Not to mention that in the Manga, it was confirmed early on that King had been accidentally credited with most of Saitama's victories.
Awesome! I really like seeing different peoples reactions to something I love to watch as well. For the next series, I would recommended either My Hero Academia or Attack On Titan. If I *have* to choose between them, then I would choose Attack On Titan. Simply cause, if you guys truly manage to not get spoilt by spoilers then your reactions to some of the stuff on AOT would be amazing!!

Can I point out that Lord Boros a one eyed villain who bleeds tons leads a unit called Dark Matter. A certain videogame series is begging me to make the reference obvious.
Big Feared Balloon what is it referencing?
Kirby, the main villains from the series are a part of a demonic force called dark matter, they all have one eye
"Your just too strong... Saitama"
Someone is chopping onions again! 😢
Yeah, it's easy to overlook how sad this was for both Saitama and Boros at first glance. They were both looking for the same thing in this fight and neither of them got it. Boros spent 20 long years for a good fight and all he got was a hopeless mismatch.
BubblyBoar Ahh... Sounds like my Guilty Gear or Tekken experience...
Boros is an eloquent guy , i doubt his grammar is shit like yours ;p
vukede jesus, dude. let the guy have his moment. don't be a grammar Nazi

What I love the most is that the first episode was "The Strongest Man".
And the last one was "The Strongest Hero".
Meaning Saitama has really gone through from being a Hero for fun to a real hero.

We have to admit. Boros was still able to talk for a few minutes after being hit by Saitama's serious punch... That's shows how strong he really was. Anything and anyone else would have been completely obliterated.
After being hit by the shockwave of the punch. I don't think it actually connected.
Especially in a 1 on 1.

the only anime where you want the bad guys to win
Steez Samurai especially in season 2 and 3 when they come out
Steez Samurai only when they’re not fighting saitama tbh 🤷🏿♂️
Have you seen overlord? The protagonist is basically the villain in that anime.
but overlord waifu is best girl so I dont mind... LOL...
The Overlord lol.
A common troupe in anime: the side characters fights the main bad guy just to keep him busy until the Main character arrives to beat the villian
They use the troupe in OPM as well, except the "side characters" doesn't realize that they are waiting for the main character to arrive. They honestly believe they are the last line of defense
they rooting too much for tornado did they just forgot saitama fought the strongest alien esp and he killed it with just a pebble

Nika I also want them to do that but by seeing at comment section it looks like my hero is gonna be next. Unfortunately popular stuff wins. :(
Nika I think they should do mob psycho later because I think MHA fits the hole superhero thing they have going on but I also love mob psycho so totally has my vote later on.
uh, ilike your spirit but not really, i read the manga and there's literally a chapter where he basically says in an omake that he was forced to make another series and that's where Mob psycho came from. He did take it seriously tough, that show is amazing, i love OPM more but Mob Psycho's ending is just perfection
It’s basically the same but with telekinesis lol
@@vtrulygrimm777 I think the emotions in Mob Psycho is much better, and I love both series.
This is spoilers regarding Tornado and Saitama
They DO in fact eventually fight, of course Saitama didn't want to. Tornado just felt insulted enough to go all out on Saitama, apparently her psy-powers don't directly effect Saitama which spooked her hard, but she can move things around her to attack him. So Saitama could win if he tried (of course), and Boros could have done the same to her too.
When will this happen i want to see it.

Saitama has an unbreakable will. Resistance to psychic attacks depends on willpower. Just remember that next time you imagine a fight between Saitama and Tornado
Sadly we probably won't see Tornado vs Saitama until season 3 if the show decides to follow the webcomic.
The question is if the whole manga season 2 will fit into 19 episodes.
insta story girls She did
That BEAUTIFUL shot, combined with the music, of Boros regenerating from the consecutive normal punches is my favorite moment in anime. Such a badass pose! Boros knows that he is going to die. Tired, desperate, and knowing that he is finished...SO BEAUTIFUL!

Wow very good analysis
Class S Rank 1, "Blast". His chair was empty when all the class s heroes were meeting
For Metal Knight, I think they mean that he is Geno's enemy specifically, not an actual antagonist to the story.
Mob Psycho 100 would be a great follow up to this series.
MHA is good too, but I think MP100 is better to go to after OPM

My Hero Academia is a show almost made for you considering how much you guys love super hero shows. My Hero does almost everything perfectly in terms of action, story etc
sebastian guerrero I mean popular opinion about this show is very positive. It doesnt do anything new it just refines the aspects every superhero show has. Plus, I dont really understand how a show can be 'tricking' people into thinking its good, ever considered that its actually good and people like it?
sebastian guerrero That's just your opinion
sebastian guerrero i agree with you
In mean if you don't like it okay but you didn't word that as an opinion but as fact.
The best joke whole season that Saitama still hasn't done an all out punch. one day season 2
Hehehe, keep waiting... even when Season 2 does come out.
Nope, will never happen. As stated by the creator of OPM, Saitamas strongest punch = half the energy released in the big bang. He would instantly rip the universe apart.
Odd Helsing that's a false rumor
Odd Helsing nope false

6:45 I like how much the guy with beard gets into it after that
Fun fact: the punch that one punch threw at genos was a sirious punch but then he called back the punch because he was hungry, that's why just the wind of that punch made a HUGE hole
OH. MY. GOD, they're doing the OVAs. I was satisfied with just the main series, OH BOY!!!
Please we want to seee season 2 reactions :( this is so fun to see...
You know, I always got the feeling that Saitama only thinks he needs to breathe in space. I mean, he’s not exactly the brightest guy.
I don't know if you'll see this but Boros is the representation of saitama during his speech when they first met he said that he was bored of beating everyone on the universe just like saitama and saitama realized this and that's why he wasn't going all out because he knew the feeling of boredom and wanted Boros to feel the spirit of fight again thats why you hear his heartbeat at his final move it's something not many people get and it's awesome to know
When Boro's said "I will defeat you!"... freaking goose bumps man!
Idiot it is "Boros Said" not "Boro's said"
My Hero Academia would be amazing
The Rank 1 hero is a mystery in the anime. His name is.......Blast, I think?

you should do Attack On Titan, 91 days, Parasyte or My Hero Academia.
sebastian guerrero I dont know, man, I am giving them variety. To each their own.
sebastian guerrero What? They are both great series!
Wait he also doesn't like Parasyte? Oh m8 you have a real taste problem here, you should abstain from watching anime at all.
Attack On Titan! It's More exciting than some cheesy superhero anime.
6:40 I thought it was Boros saying “oh shit!”
This show makes me feel bad for the villains 😭
Since you guys probably are going to watch whatever the next anime you decide to watch in dub. You should watch one with a good dub. I would recommend Steins;Gate or Death Note do to them having well done dubbing + both animes are amazing in there own way.
Contexs they runa poll on patreon to decide
I hope it's gonna be death note.. i wanna see their opinion of it
There's a hell of lot to analyze in Steins;Gate especially if you get past the "slow" start. But I agree that Death Note would be a better fit for them currently do to the lack of experience they have with anime.
There's more to analyze in Steins;Gate dude. One of the best anime ever made.
btw just to give context on why saitama was so short tempered/sad at times in this fight "are you finished i.e.".
boros told him he had to travel GALAXIES away to find someone who could fight him.... and boros to him was like a flailing child. it basically confirmed saitamas fear that he would never again get a challenging fight from anyone.
If you guys notice, Saitama didn't land that serious punch on Lord Boros, it was just the air pressure that kill him, insane.
I love that his title “The Strongest Hero” is a tragedy, when it appears it affirms that he'll never get what he really wants.
mob psycho 100 next please its from the guy who made one punch man
One Punch Man season 2 will be on in 2019 April!!!

The whole idea of this anime was that, this hero does not struggle against villains but struggles against everyday life. He can beat enemies but he can not beat the established authority.

Okay so everyone in favor for my hero academy or mob psycho 100👏
Plus the whole thing is awesome
dragonitedla44 Major Armstrong from Fullmetal Alchemist is also voiced by Chris Sabat.
Meh it's too predictable..just another average superhero story.
