has coder never played against the "every modern card is broken and has 0 restrictions so you can simply put them in 1 deck and they will synergies with another" deck. i constantly had to deal with that during the ishizu tear time

On light vs dark event I played vs a labrynth tear branded bystial deck. It was way worse than the archetypes on their own, easiest victory ever.

Chaos Angel do be the sauce
Chaos angel is a great going second card, don’t usually make it going first because everyone draws the spell card (dark ruler no more) to negate it or TTT somehow 100% of time 😅
If the opponent don't have a kaiju or an underworld goddess, you just win, so yes you can make it going first as it will protect your board

Chaos angel when made with light and dark is towers on steroids.
Yeah I made an invoked shaddoll deck yesterday and threw in Chaos Angel. I can make Winda on my opponents turn and when they pass, I make Chaos Angel and can constantly recycle Winda (Branded Regained) making her unkillable.
what did you use to make angel

@@samuraituff9653 theres a couple ways. You can use Winda and Beast (both dark and lvl 5) or you can use 1 bystial and 1 lvl 4 dark shaddoll or Aleister monsters.

I only started playing tcg at cyac, and chaos angel was one of my first expensive cards. Everyone at my locals now knows to not let me have a light + bystial on board cos chaos angel will hit the field.

Chaos Angel is a real bastard of a card, man. Especially on Master Duel where it's brand new and there are people that just simply refuse to read the damn thing. I've won games that I absolutely should not have simply because my opponent just forgets about Chaos Angel.

Chaos Angels weakness is Trap and magic cards regardless if summoned by dark and Light. You should have saved your inprem for chaos angel

Why would he save a card for something he isn't even aware of? Also, he would have to hold 2 because of Elf (however that card is still legal)

I agree. It's protection is specific to monsters, so any S/T that interacts with monsters will do the trick.

You can literally kill it with Raigeki, LS, Bottomless Traphole, Mirror Force, etc. It's strong, but not THAT strong. Most meta archetypes are far more broken than this, yet a lot Tear, Kashtira or Despia players cry about Chaos Angel lol.

Chaos angel can be a problematic card to deal with forsure especially if they used both light and dark to make it. Its either you have spell/trap removal or its gg pretty much

@ssontns8966 lot of people do. It's kinda funny. I actually am a nut job and run 2 chaos angel in my thunder bystial build. Easy to get out all the time and can loop them with regained/dis pater.
First one almost always gets outed eventually. The 2nd/3rd/4th...not so much lol
Chaos angel is actually only strong against decks that mainly out with monster effects. Like Lightning storm, Raigeki, hell even fissure outs it. Hence forth why I state main decking Raigeki is a good idea cuz it will always kill chaos angel
Can't have protection from everything, otherwise that's just too strong.
Not only their Synchro are unaffected by Monster effect, any of their monster can't be destroy by battle, imagine they have "Can't be destroy by card effects" as well.
That leave very little generic cards that could outed.
Off the top my head there's Imperm, Droplet, Dark Ruler and people most likely run 2 to 3 Imperm only instead of any additional from the other two.
Snow shouldnt be a thing, i hate that everything light and dark synergizes. Such a win more card.

My favorite thing about cards that say "unaffected by other cards effects" is that they can be affected by other cards effects.
Just overlay something that says it gives a monster an effect. Those effects work on monsters that say they are unaffected by monster effects. Why? Because Yugioh.

@@TimothyGod I'm guessing he means something like star seraph scepter, a card that gives an effect to the card that was xyz summoned using it. Because maybe when an effect is "gained" it's not treated as being an effect of a "card", so chaos angel is not unaffected? I'm not sure if this is legit or not.
funny enough, chaos angel protects from activated monster effects, so if you were able to imperm it, then youre fine

I have watched him lose more to Ash Blossom then Maxx C, but we should ban Maxx C???
The difference between Ash and Maxx C is the latter gives virtually any level of consistency in modern day, allowing even the brickiest hand to outright comeback amd win if it is played into. With the rather ridiculous nature of special summoning it's extremely likely (around an 86% chance) consistently that even if you have a bricked hand, you can recover by means of pulling a negate during their turn and using then either the Ash blossom(s), Infinite Impermanence, or Bystials you've pulled to stall their plays and gain immediate advantage.
Draw power is always busted.
In regards to Chaos Angel, it's probably the sheer level of immunity it is easily able to access, and that it shares most of that immunity with the rest of your board that's absolutely insane. Chaos Angel will be seeing definite ban in the next season.

i hate that new chaos guy so much, like surely konami knows generic ed monsters are a problem, so some1 decided to make it even more generic by not requiring a tuner, like why is it even a synchro at that point???
this is why maxx c is healthy for the game. it balances having to fight all these toxic combo decks. and you still have morons saying I can easily out any board with a full hand.
