the moment you put that tiger, you can't even see them lol XD you get paired with other decks really fast.
Grabbed a similar list from theshapeofsnatches and it worked wonders for a while after I remembered how to win with the big spiders 😅
Traptrix Mantis was good in any insect deck this event. Searches Arachnocampa to make an immediate Armor Horn or Malevolent Sin.

thats a little harder to use than battlewasps, with the only real benefit is that it can be searched by retaliating c and gokipole, but there are better targets than a normal summon that shouldve been used for buggy, dragonbite or any of the battlewasps, nor do you really need malevolent sin, you should be able to summon a ton of big things

@@nuhrii3449 What makes Mantis good than other Insect starter is because she and Arachnocampa can make rank-4 Xyz Allomerus reborn any lv. 4 Insect like Retaliating "C" & Resonance Insect because their effect isn't OPT, or you can summon Dragonbite too.
@@renaldyhaen but you can only do that on your second turn which you shouldnt even get to in most cases because you otk very easily and have crap disruption so you lose pretty easily, or if you mill a resonance insect, and even then, its not that great because you just run out of usable targets, youre only adding neptune, beargram, or sting lancer or kaiju, the resonance insect mill is more important because you can send beargram, bioinsect armor, or gokipole, and gokipole extends into something else
and the problem with retaliating c is that its unsearchable without pico, and even then that kinda of weak play just to get maxx c, bioinsect armor, or gokipole, or even parasite paranoid (if included), but that one only works if youre going to cheat out a retrain insect queen, because neptune, beargram or stinglancer have easy summoning conditions, but thats really clunky and not really necessary when you can consistently throw out atlas, neptune, and beargram in a single turn, and you kind of want to summon beargram and neptune with their conditions.
with buggy or battlewasp, you never brick your hand with garnets like with traptrixs, or galaxy worm, but galaxy worm is slightly more useful because its level 3 that goes in cicada king for a disruption, but thats also accomplished with buggy, twinbow, scalebomber, and fairyant

As someone who likes playing a gamble deck for fun with my friend in master duel, Jirai Gumo is one of my favourite monsters in that deck (I have never took the LP damage over 20 or so duels), so itsw funny to see my spider be used in a (somewhat) viable strategy :)

I played some goofy stuff with Tri-Brigade for this. Kitt and Bearbrumm are Fire Beasts so I grabbed whatever Fire King stuff I had on hand to mess around with that. I also used that Ancient Warriors Trap that summons a Token as my means of procing Shuraig's Banish effect. I could probably make it a lot less bricky if I was willing to craft any higher rarity cards. Getting to use the exploding fire bird(Nephytys?) to pop backrow was hilarious at least, and having to think about what to dump with Kitt instead of just using Nerval every time was an experience.

Played Wanghu in a Danger/Beast + Equip Beatdown deck all event. Watching the rookie Bird Up players discover it just keeps popping sub-1400s was enough to have me gasping, I was laughing so hard.
Also hilarious that I had 3 Alphas from my 8-Axis blind second deck to spin entire Fire King fields and attack over the summon-from-GY-no GY effect Lvl 4 was great fun, too.
This was the most Farfa video DistantCoder has ever made
I actually got the title with the reptile loaner deck in this event it surprisingly was very fun to attack a 12k+ atk ananta on a 0 atk monster
I played spider otk during the event and was so fun!
I used this deck to go undefeated in the event took it into plat and got to diamond with it.

He read but didn't understand that 1600 creates a 1600 difference after the lp are equalized giving 1600 to the last monster making it lethal
I respect sticking with a themed deck. I punish myself by doing that but its worth it for the variety and fun

Beetrooper is really fun in the festival. Oonga boonga invincible atlas and add level 2 earth insect to hand.

This deck reminds me of Trains. Just make gigantic XYZ's and punch them in the face. Simple and effective I love it.

Coder the Number 35: Ravenous Tarantula have this extra effect "Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls with ATK less than or equal to this card's" so with only this card you can not the Number 84: Pain Gainer you can have a win its faster

I play with spider OTK for the festival. its really fun
While used as a support archetype battle wasps are pretty good

I won 14 games in a row with a King Tiger/Ballpark control deck lol. It really is one of the best decks in this event.. Lose 1 Turn, Tyrant's Throes, and Paleozoics are all legal.

My last attempt at an insect deck had Gigaplant turbo combined with like 20 destruction spell/traps. It was fun but not really good.

And Gigaplant summons both plants and insects.
It was at a time where Level eater was legal, so the gameplan was synchroclimbing with level eater and special summoning insects.
And then a bunch of destruction cards because I couldn't find enough good insects.
If you wanna try a good Insect Deck go for beetrooper/Scary Moth turbos. You end on Scary Moth and cicada with any combination of Beetrooper Scale Bomber and Galaxy Worm, Beetrooper Scale Bomber and Battlewasp Sting the Poison, Battlewasp Sting the Poison and multiplication of ants, ecc.

It was fun, but the moment someone has a deck that is not completely helpless against it it is horrendous.

In fusion X xyz festival your need rank up one more time to 7 sins no need extra body unless, oponnent have monster in the field. If you want player Wanhu your must player monghu also. The duo tiger combo is deadly and unstoppable unless their have boardbreaker or imperm.

This the event? I made a phantom beast, beast-warrior, tri-brigade. Worked pretty well. Used caninetuar to send cards to the grave like manticore of darkness, that let's me send a beast/beast-warrior to the grave to summon is to the field, and tri-brigades work well with cards in grave. Also the fire formation spell/traps are great support.
I already had a fear of insects why you do this to me😢

I made my old Spider deck that i always use for fun in these things and put the new Spiders in the deck to make more fun to play all SPIDERS in the DECK and you talk about vary fun will fun for me not them because a lot of them just rage quit
