- Hello! Here's a short yet slightly rambly chat about Games Workshop's planned price rises for the Warhammer range and the impact upon FLGS stores like Kirton Games. No spicy takes, but just some initial reaction from a store sharing some of our thoughts on Games Workshop's 2023 price rise.

A very nice and well put video tim,the price hikes always suck but we all still buy the products,I'm lucky iv got a few aos army's and a backlog of grey so my spending on the hobby has be extremely minimal,and I'll just get stuff now and then if really need it,the people saying they just gonna get a 3d printer I'd just a knee jerk reaction that most will never follow through but it is a very real threat,these price hikes feel like a weird flex as gw know they probably don't need to do it,but if small businesses go out of business and players don't have anywhere to buy and play they'll shoot themselves in the foot,but does feel like they don't really care,as long as money is going into their pockets it a middle finger to the smaller businesses where they probably sell the majority of their products from.
