OMG! Even the cabinet takes me back Cath! A quick storytime! (Just to remind you - I'm the fan that said I remembered records the first time round and grovelled for a grandfather clock in your last video!) We had an almost identical cabinet. My parents decided to paint it with white gloss - now as you can see by my profile pic, I have got a whole heap of curly hair and always have had, so, whilst my parents painted the cabinet I was playing with my toys and thought that the little table the pot of paint was on would make a great den for me and my dolls! (You see where I am going with this???) My dolls and I moved into our 'house' under the table and I forgot something important and stood up under the table. The paint went up in the air and landed upside down on my head. White paint everywhere! Boy! Was I in trouble! Especially when they tried to get the paint out of my hair!! :-D

You are my absolute favorite crafter! Such an admirer of your work, Cath. I used to do so much miniature building when I was younger, and loved following along with your videos. I just bought a model bookshop kit, but instead of doing it as a bookshop, I'm going to make it into a record shop. I came here to your channel, knowing that you have made records at some point- and of course, you did! 🙂 I'm going to make 100s of little tiny record sleeves for the record shop. I truly missed following along with your videos and I've missed crafting in general- life got busy and it became a thing of the past for me over the years.

Love it!! That sure brings back memories. It also reminded me of a free standing bar we used to have. I wonder if you could make it...( I know you could make it actually) :) It was big enough for just two barstools, had full length footrest area, a padded vertical center panel with a metal emblem (I think it was an eagle) in the middle of that and a padded area to lean your arms on around the sides and front. The legs were very similar to this project but shorter. A completely open back with a few shelves and metal trim on the edges of those. Making some wee little booze bottles to go with it would be cool as well! Just something from my wish list!

for the floyd fans if there are any watching if you want to make the album sleeves look up the album covers with gate fold so you can get the front and back of the mini replica
for non floyd fans and like other artist look up the album name and add gatefold to it and you will get the front cover like ac/dc or metallica and other artist you llike this is just a tip if you want accurate mini vinyl record sleeves

I have q to ask tho.. how do you snap wood easily ? I'm having a hard time doing that
Hey there! I just make sure that my cuts on each side are deep. If the wood is not snapping, I go back in and keep cutting into those lines. A bit time consuming but better than messing with power tools :)
have you considered building your own furniture? I see that all of these are to a much smaller scale and I thought of building my own real furniture (with different supplies of course for safety reasons)

Are these furniture for 1/12 scale? Example puppets from Figuarts and Figma? I take pictures with them and it would be great for the photos. if not how do I change the measurements to the 1/12 scale? thank you!
