I love how easy it is to size these up and down in scale. The majority of the dolls I have are 1:6th scale so I'll need to build a custom house, but you have so many amazing project I can just double in size!
This is insane... I’ve seen doors that can open but never ones that look as realistic as this one does with hinges and a door handle that really turns to open the door. This is just incredible. I said it before but your talent is just beyond incredible
I love your work. Such attention to detail yet you make it all look so easy. You do well at explaining things also. I’d love to see a tutorial for a modern barn door on its rail.
Those doors are beautiful. Excellent work, as always. I don't remember seeing those miter shears before. That's such a clever tool. Thank you for sharing this door tutorial with us. I hope you and your family are well.
Thank you!! I hadn't known about them either but some subscribers clued me in :) They're such a nice addition to my tool set and I'm so happy to have found them.
This is brilliant. I'm restoring a 100-year old dollhouse and I could not find any doors to fit (others broke). This way I can make them exactly the right size. Thanks so much for sharing this video.
You take miniatures to the next level! I was hooked by this video and it inspires me to want to excel with my own projects. I've been having some difficulty with doors lately and so this particular video proved to be excellent.
Im making a 1/6 scale door right now. I wasnt going to make it operable, but this is making me reconsider; it doesnt look too complicated, plus ive got the mini hinges already
I needed this video! Doors are expensive, and I work mostly in 1:8 scale, so they're not quite the right size, but I've never braved making my own. Thank you!
A lot of people don’t even know what it takes to make vids like this ... stopping. Recording. Stopping. Recording etc, then editing and adding music !!! Your vids are dope !!! ;)
Kat (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) you are winning the mini game !!! Great vids and tutorials, thank you sooo much for sharing your gifts and talents with us !!!
Love it! Can you make a miniature fridge. Please. I am currently working on a Barbie doll house make over for my niece. Your videos have helped so much.
The queen of popsicles sticks is back to grace us with another artwork!!!! Ooohhhh... Because of you I have now a few packs of popsicle sticks in varying sizes. D*mn those tongue depressors are a really nice.
I've made this door and it turned out perfect. You are truly talented. I would like to know if you'll ever do a 1/12 French door? That would be so neat. Just a thought. Merry Christmas and Happy New ☺️🎅🎄
Always appreciate you linking all your supplies - those miter shears are great! The link for the drill bits doesn't work :( But just knowing those exist is helpful, going to go look for some! Always excited when a StS video comes up on my feed. :3
OMGOSH OMGOSH! SIMPLY AMAZING! I am making my granddaughter Little House on the Prairie house. Where were these shears when I was cutting all these popcycle sticks for the shingles?? I so need to get me a pair. I can't wait to try this out. Thank you so so much. Debs from Texas

One suggestion would be: to bevel the inserted raised panels of your door would really make it look authentic. Good work!
