I forgot to mention my time actually using the board. So here it is: Firstly I absolute loved how butter smooth the switches were, and the actuation force was perfect. Along with the switches, I truly felt and noticed the differences when adjusting the switches (actuation and rapid) you can make this board incredibly snappy! I could feel it and see it within games (fortnight, CS2, Halo) So keeping this short and sweet, what I noticed with this board is it is a top contender for competitive gaming. As I stated in my. final results, if you will utilize the features (mainly switches and switch customization) with this board, you will be very happy! As for me being more Professionally Casual rather than Professionally Competitive, again the Blackwidow is for me. The best part is having so many dang good options now!
I would get the blackwidow 75, but it has double key press issue. So many reports of people having their keyboards double press not even a month after purchase.
I got the Blackwidow V4 Pro for the same reason. I went ooh & ahh for the actuation/switch features but at the end of the day I don't think I will ever learn to manually USE these features. I play mainly FPS but I'm nowhere near a competitive player who would benefit from such features. I was more attracted to the Blackwidow V4 Pro's underglow RGB, command dial, media controls and macro keys. And also the fact that it has a far superior underglow RGB leatherette wrist-rest.
Feel better dude! Was waiting for this video, but could have waited longer for you to rest up. Pre-ordered the keyboard and got it on 10/5. It's been an awesome week.
For those who don't understand, this keyboard is for top tier competitive gamers. The adjustable actuations and rapid trigger is to maximize reaction times. If you're a casaul gamer there are better sounding and customizable keyboards out there.
i find it funny that certain people always assume that every keyboard release is for the enthusiast group, like every keyboard should cater to the enthusiast
This is definitely an enthusiast board though. Made to compete with the best gaming keyboard, the Wooting. The 60% is $180 and TKL is $220. It's not worth buying unless you utilize the unique features. It's one of very few keyboards that have them. Sure you can buy what you want, but you'd be wasting money if you don't even use these features. If you can't even see or understand the features then there are plenty of good gaming keyboards for under $100.

@@TheTechne It's just nice to have around. I'm a business analyst. I sometimes use the number key but not as often to get a full-size. I used to have a TKL you recommended a few years back but it finally died out.
These mf's released the Ornata V3 just right after I've gotten myself a V2. V2 had a Volume Slider, Fully Customizable RGB and a decent wristpad. Sadly my V2 broke no full year after and when trying to hand in warranty they could only give me a V3, which in general also cost like 30-40 Euro less, for reasons. Only has 10 RGB zones, media controls got stripped down and the new wristpad is just straight up plastic with no real cushion for comfort. Wtf Razer.
I'm rocking my v2 with linear switches. The upgraded linear with damping foam is a pleasure to type on or game with. I don't understand the point of "analog switches"
In the name, analog, they can work like a controller's analog/trigger like, playing a game and wanting to walk vs run? You can actually adjust via how far you press the key, same with car games, you can cruise and ease into turning vs all in or all out like normal switches, it caught my eye and the full size huntsman v3 pro is what I went with,, look forward to trying it out 😁
Analog switches can go all the way down to an actuation point of 0.1mm on the v3 compared to 1.0mm on the huntsman v2. So if you play competitive games, the shorter actuation heights make the switches lighter and more responsive, giving you an advantage over people with non-analog switches. Plus you can adjust it from 0.1 to 4.0mm
I forgot to mention my time actually using the board.

Thinking about buying the TKL so swap it from my wooting…😂
Still floating keycap design :(
