This is the best. More kitchen tours please!
That citrus juicer is my favourite. The fruit (cut in half) goes cut side towards the holes. Perfect and easy to rinse clean.
Pasta under the bed! Love it!
Make sure you're using the lemon squeezer properly. Cut Side down into strainer. Solid side squeezing end of lemon down towards strainer.
I bought a carbon steel Chinese vegetable cleaver. Love that thing and it cost $11 from the Wok Shop. Loved the demo you did with Fuschia
As to the citrus juicer, just tip it 45°, holes pointed downward, at an angle... and squeeze slowly. The juice will drop down. I think they call it gravity? Lol!
I got mine in PV, sailing on a friend's Yacht from Mazatland to PV, 200 miles off the Coast of Mexico through the Isla Isabela.
You only need 1. The largest. Amazon? Need to Google how to maintain it.
It sounds like he's putting the citrus in upside down. The flesh faces the bottom, and the rind should form a seal with the bottom half of the juicer.
Speaking of kitchen tour, do you guys have recommendations on appliances? Ranges, fridge, etc.. Looking at remodeling a house and would be needing new appliances.
I love seeing these types of videos. I especially enjoyed kenji's too.
If, for some reason, all your stuff got donated, what 5 items will you buy first? And another 5 frivolous items (something not really necessary)?
Love quarter sheet pans my collection of pots and pans mostly all clad and I think I have every style they make. today I just ordered A saucier Pan. Love this video and your drawer. My grandparents were from Latvia also.
Are you using your juicer with the cut side down? If the cut side is up it will gush from the top instead of from the holes in the bottom.
Got that right! See my comment, from Major Old Lady.
The holes must be facing downward, or best? At an angle toward the bowl, pan, food or dish.
Can also cut the citrus into quarters, thirds... instead of halves.
@@majoroldladyakamom6948 Never thought of cutting the citrus into thirds or quarters. Brilliant!
Cut side down-- I promise I'm not confused by how this class of juicer works. I have used other versions of the same device and don't have the trouble I do with this particular one.
Daniel, there is a pan for every cooking application.
Take them/the captives, and
No apologies made!.👍🤗👍
3 Dutch ovens
3 rice cookers
7 soup pots
More than a dozen sautè pans.
We must be identical twins (in culinary spirit) separated at birth by a decade... ? 🤗
Stay the course, Daniel, from your culinary older sister somewhere near Seattle.
Stay safe, everyone... 😷
Chef'n FreshForce Citrus Juicer. I've been using the lemon one on lemons and limes and I love it. When it gets a little grungy, you can throw it in the top rack of the dishwasher and it's back to new. It easily gets a full ounce of lemon juice from a half lemon, and it's super durable.
It was interesting!
For some reason I was hoping for kenji to show up
I think Kenji is managing or contributing culinary director. Something like that.
Thanks for the backstage tour! Looking forward to see you cook again for the channel! Maybe some sausage with a sourdough bun? :)
Have over 50 knives hanging on the wall magnets in the big wall in the kitchen.
Why? Because some are in use, some on the wall magnet, can select which one for which application, some in the dishwasher.
Lol... They way you are a coffee lover, I am a tea lover.
Yes Daniel, “modest”. Very
DG, I'm worried that you're a borderline hoarder.
Kitchen tour.
Goes to the bedroom...
Right??? Lol.
Looks like a lot of stuff but I bet that kitchen is SPOTLESS
Depends on the day 😂
DG, get rid of that juicer.
The citrus juicer? No way!
See my other comment, from Major Old Lady, ok?
Stay safe. ⚘🙏❤🙏⚘
I didn’t know Paul Rudd can cook!
If the production goes this awry, why not just shoot it again?
NY problems
