On behalf of all of Canada, sorry for all the Crown Royal down there. I wish we could do up here what Four Roses and BT and many others including OF can do down there. I just tried an OF store pick today in Calgary Alberta and it was a cherry pie bomb. Did not get any chocolate but I love it!

This Old Forester is my favorite of all the Old Forester products, and that includes the birthday bourbons. I've got all of them and have blinded them all. These are getting harder to find in Atlanta, but when I find them, I buy them.
I just opened a store pick bottle tonight, 129.6 proof. Tasty! This bottle surprised me with an initial burst of mint! A core of orange and orange peel, cinnamon, mint, light brown sugar, caramel, vanilla, and subtle oak. Neat, a burst of mint, and then the orange, but also a bit hot. A small addition of water and the flavors opened up, heat subsides, and the whole thing came together so nicely. Wonderful viscous mouthfeel. Very tasty!

Not a Jiu Jitsu guy. Can speak to CrossFit not inhibiting tasting, however. Getting your third point of contact kicked has little to no effect on tasting in my opinion.

You are going to the wrong bars….or you just aren’t asking the right questions 😉i know my bar has all of the good bourbon, ryes, American, and scotch whisky tucked under the bar. We charge based on actual distribution pricing. So when we are doing $12.00 pours of Weller full proof or stag (when available) we don’t want to run out within a day or two because of gaming comps. It’s reserved for those who actually ask or show an interest. We try to at least get a bottle or two in of the fancy allocated releases, and then I kind of lean more towards the weird or craft bottles myself.
This may be seem scummy, but I think it’s important to spread it around instead of just immediately running out.

Recently picked up a OF SB BS store pick in GA. 129.7 proof. Probably the best bourbon I've tasted. Never been able to enjoy bourbons, but i keep trying for some reason.
Just found your Chanel, I have watched 3 of them.enjoyed them all. I have a question. I bought a big bottle of larceny because I was sure I would love it. But when I take a sip at the very first I get a nice sweet taste, then boom it tastes like green grass or green weeds.YUCK. Is there something wrong with the bottle,or something wrong with me. I have tried it 3 times,all different time of day, after eating , before eating. Help me out here. Hope you had a great time at the super bowl! GO KC CHIEFS!🇺🇸👍🤪🥃
After open mat which typically ends 7pm-ish, I’ve had a pour within an hour of several intense rolls.. what I’ve noticed the most is feeling like my sinuses are opened up more from the activity. The ethanol can hit a little harder with that but I’ve also picked up on some notes that I didn’t think were there before. Cheers and keep rollin’!
