Fantastic channel for newbies like me. Love the fact that although your an amazing 3d pilot you still make content for us beginners. A direct comparison video on flight setup on the same heli for a nice tame beginner setting v a great 3d setting would be cool

Hell yeah broth, love the fact you are keeping the hobby of flying RC my first helicopter was a 3 Channel I got from Walmart the rest is history but let's keep this going and

I am new to your channel, and to helicopters, I have FW 200 and 450, I know people don't like em because they are GPS. Haven't dared fly out of GPS yet, it's coming.

Thank you! And thank you for being a subscriber! So my only thing about GPS helicopters is they can teach bad habits. What I mean by that, micro corrections are very important to learning to fly helicopters. That muscle memory and learning how to control the swash plate is very important. Even auto leveling can teach bad characteristics and I tell people to try and get out of it as fast as you can. But! As long as you are flying that’s all that matters! Enjoying this wonderful hobby!
@@westhobbiesrc8051 I understand, should I look at the OMP v2 RTF, or will you suggest a good starter non GPS.
@@frederickgrassie3383 The OMP Hobby M2 EVO RTF or the Goosky S2 RTF are two amazing helis for learning. They are very durable and cheap to fix. I highly recommend them.

Thanks for your videos, i got into RC helis last november with a Blade nano. Your Raw 420 build/setup videos did help me out & give me confidence to just go and get one and build it myself. so i got one and im really happy with it now.

Congrats! Just so you know you are really the reason I bought the SAB RAW 580….The kit was so nice to build and the Helicopter is amazing. Love love love the White/Orange color. 12s is where it’s at. My align helis are going anywhere but I think more SAB’s are in my future. Thanks for all you do for the heli hobby!
I am so glad you are enjoying your 580! SAB really makes an incredible model and they are top notch. From the build to the flight performance. Nothing better in my opinion! 12s 580 is nuts and power for days! Try a set of 600mm blades and it’s even better! I feel the same way, my align models will not be going anywhere but it is hard to go back to them lol but! The new TB70 looks great!

Are you running OpenTX or EdgeTX on your Radiomaster?
I was running openTX when I used my Radiomaster TX16S
Not sure I am willing to give you $5 a month for your content. It is good but not that valuable to me. I like watching you fly 3D but doubt I will ever even try that with my helicopters. I am just started learning to fly heli this year and enjoying my TRex 470 but want to eventually own/fly a Airwolf model. I'd love to see you build/review such a model that cost less than $2000 (the most my wife will let me spend on such a model). I was looking at the RotorScale B222 Shadow Black 450 Size Helicopter on MotionRC but would love to see a build/review before making the purchase. I am willing to consider any other Airwolf models you would recommend and would even consider paying you to build it (assuming the total cost - batteries and radio TX/RX is less than the above $2000). Though I think I can do it on my own as I was able to build and do the first flight of my TRex 470 with iKon2 FC on my own without any help.
You do not have to feel obligated to become a Patreon or donate at all. If you do not find the videos useful or helpful that is not a problem. But, with Patreon and donation help I can definitely build more models and stuff that Patreon‘s and donation people would want to see. You could definitely build one for sure! The motionRC (Robart) 450 scale models seem to be nice. I do know that they use very cheap electronics as well as Chinese clone Trex 450 mechanics and quite a few people have had issues with them.

I suspected that they were using cheap parts. I would love and would contribute to you if you to make a video on how to build an Airwolf model with good parts for less than $2000. I am OK with it being as small as an OMP M2 or much bigger. I suspect the price limit is really the main factor in determining the top end size.
