2024 Bell Trials 100m

It wasnt the result i hoped for but after tearing my hamstring 6 weeks ago its a good start. Coach said it wasnt a bad race depsite the time i did execute well. I felt rusty after only doing trainingd for only 2 weeks. Stay tuned for more!

@@conw0128 hello and thank you was a tough few weeks im happy to be there. I wont be running the 200m as i dont think im in any form to run it but i will be running 100m next couple weeks to get my season started
