I'm still on the Ja Fly 4. Training times have consistently been faster in them than any of the others. And I agree with you on Adidas. They are just way too stiff to me. I have the SP1s and they feel stiffer than the MaxFly.
thats great you like the ja fly 4 and yes adidas prime sp 1 the plate is so weridly shaped everytime i wear them my feet hurt. Right now im liking the maxfly 2s there amazing
i wont be trying out the other brands there not worth it and im only gonna run with nike spikes from now on running with different pairs is no good you need to leaern to run with each spike
