Thanks for the great idea. I got some turkey cutlets from a local farm to table grocery subscription, and as a southern lady I should have known the solution was to fry them! I was surprised to see this was such a small channel with your high video and instruction quality. Definitely giving you a follow so you can keep going!
Yummy! I also love schnitzel everything. I'm part Hungarian, so much of the food you mentioned was cooked in our home as well. Depending on how many pieces of turkey cutlets I get, I'll use some for a Thanksgiving crockpot dinner, & save the rest for breading. Thank for the recipe, & glad I discovered your channel. :)
I love this idea for everything. Amazing there are so many food dishes that we share alike, Food is love. Can’t wait to make these for my husband. Thank you, Happy Holidays from Ft. Myers SWFL, USA.
Ha ha !! My husband made it for me and I just bought all the same jars from the dollar store so they are all the same. I put what is in the jar on the bottom in sharpee markers. I also file them all by alphabetical order. You can also buy small tins that have magnets and organize them on your fridge to save space. I like lots of spices and herbs
You should sell those mallets! I liked the recipe and then I saw the mallet…I thought to myself…where can I get one of those! So efficient! PS very clear explanation. Thank you!
I don’t see why not? I have used a small amount of oil on a pan and baked them successfully in an oven , so I am fairly certain it would work in an air fryer. I don’t have one so I have not tried it. Thank you.
Getting my hands on the real, genuine Italian partigiano Reggiano, parmesan cheese is really hard to get or it's extremely expensive along with the guaranteed high purity first pressed extra virgin olive oil in my neck of of the woods. Therefore I am stuck with the Kraft crap and canola oils. Canola oil is not that bad and has a really high smoking point, but that Kraft "parmesan' lacks punch and flavor compared to the real stuff.
I understand I have been in locations where it is hard to find too. Of course if you can’t find it use what you have - I am an olive oil taster so I always want people to use the best they can find if possible but I still hope you can try it and enjoy it
What would you like me explain for you? I am happy to help if I was not clear. I put the Turkey in flour, then mixed eggs, then in breadcrumbs. Then I fry in olive oil.

Hi, I'd like to know where you got that great spice rack on your back counter? If you could post where you bought it. Thanks
