Living in rural Tennessee my whole life I grew up eating everything fried and bad. Stumble on your channel a few weeks ago and I’m a changed man. I’m on the plan along with my family. Thanks for all you do to educate people like myself who have no idea what we are actually eating.

      Well done @tndeere2 !
It is amazing how much better you can feel after a few weeks of clean eating. Your family may not yet understand the changes you've made, but I can promise you they will appreciate it in the future. I wish everyone could have the experience.

@@dianeatpeace337 At age 57 I am lucky I take zero meds. No blood pressure or cholesterol problems. How ever I am very active and in fair shape. I was a long time runner but to many aches and pains now to run just walk and lift weights now. But my diet has mostly been awful. After only a week or so I can tell I sleep much better and wake up feeling more rested.

I have been making my own turkey for years, I purchased turkey London broil, it is the turkey breast of fresh turkey, I bake in the oven or 55 minutes at 375°. Season anyway you like, before baking, use your imagination to season. Let it cool, and slicing up. Delicious.

Wow! That looks super easy, thanks for sharing this. With all the additives and other random things added to our food by manufacturers these days this is a great way to get away from, that stuff . I will definitely be trying this out. Oh and it’s definitely something I can have the grandkids help with 😊❤ Have a great week!

Thank you for sharing your method of making lunchmeat. I usually just cook the meat and slice it and make a sandwich. I like your way because it is thinly sliced like lunch meat from the grocery store, there are multiple combinations you can do your way. I am super interested in making my own to avoid high sodium products. This is healthier than the processed versions in the store, and I'm sure it tastes better. Healthy eating!

Hi Bobby, my sister has been following you for years. She absolutely loves you and your work. But I was skeptical…until yesterday. Your videos kept showing up on my FB reels so I figured I’d give it a shot and watch them. Bobby! I am SO thankful to have given you a chance! I love your cooking videos and your grocery hauls. I love how you take your time when cooking your recipes and I love all of your healthy food recommendations too. I am overjoyed to be going to Aldi’s next month on my next shopping trip. God bless you Bobby! Your videos and reels have blessed me beyond measure and it’s only been a couple of days since I’ve been really tuning in. Thanks again Bobby! 🛒

Bobby Learning from u Imade my own lunch meat. It was the best sandwich I have ever had. I used chicken breast (thighs smell gamey etc). Mixed it with some butter, and Hard Carnivore seasoning. Awesome. Going to make my own ham with less salt and no sugar. Thanlks ever so much.😊

Turkey meat is still available at Costco, the price went up and they moved the location. Its no longer in the open refrigerated section but the closed refrigerated section. this option may be better.

Hi Bobby , you know what’s so funny? You don’t get the sliced organic turkey at Costco down there. It’s been out of stock however, up here in Connecticut we always have it. What we don’t have is all the different Siete chips and flavors you get. We only get the plain ones and the cinnamon ones periodically. It’s never a main staple. Here’s what the cool thing is, I found that Thrive Market paleo cassava chips blow Siete out of the water. They are so stinkin good! Especially the Nacho flavor. They also have these news queso puffs!! Awesome stuff. I like the Siete puffs better than their flimsy chips 😅
