Ingredients
Hot water (boiled and rest for 15 minutes) - 14 tbsp approximately (adjust as needed)
2 cups Glutinous Rice Flour (270 grams)
1/2 cup Rice Flour (68 grams)
1/3 cup Boiled Sweet Potato, mashed (58 grams)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp cooking oil
Coating and Filling:
Cheddar Cheese, cut into cubes
Sesame seeds
Water, room temperature

Good day kakokok! Yung dough pwede po gawin in advance tapos balot nyo ng cling wrap, ilagay sa airtight container bago ilagay sa ref.
Pag naprito na hindi n pwede ilagay sa ref kc hindi n sya masarap after nun.

Hello Kakokok! Hindi po tlg tatagal ang lutong ng buchi. Malutong po pag mainit init pa. At malambot lang po pag lumamig na. Wag lang po 24hrs kc titigas n po tlg na parang kanin. Salamat po.
