Sync probably just means update sync. Arena does not have weapon mounting and other gameplay changes in the base game so far, so likely those are getting ported over

I mean, it is possible the things you earn in the battlepass on Arena can get transferred to normal Tarkov.
I wouldn't actually mind a battlepass as long as it was cosmetic only
None of the new 0.15 guns are in arena and no variable zoom I’d say they meant those things
With Arena and Tarkov being linked up, this is basically them added a battle pass to regular tarkov. Love seeing them back peddle on yet another thing they said they'd never do
that's literally not how that works at all. just because you get exp from both and you can transfer some items doesn't mean you can also transfer the skins and shit from arena.

Creating skins only for Arena makes no sense from a company standpoint. If it's implemented in one, it will come to the other either way. Besides that nobody wants rainbow-colored dildo skins in tarkov. There are several games for those kinds of people already.
Anything but skins will be another P2W feature, not even putting people that far ahead, but scamming them again while the base game is still labeled as a beta. I don't know if I should feel pity.

Axel just said that the skins ALSO will be transfer to EFT and this is a "good way to monetize" in a game that we already paid for :v If you don't have EOD or is not a "true believer" you will have to buy arena+eft and now +BP every wipe, and we don't know the price. Can be 9.99? 19.99? 29.99? Nikita have a crazy mind and we can't predict the things that he will do. Like Unheard Edition, and now BP, things that he said that would never be in tarkov, now they have.

For the sync, i think they mean that they gonna name the same "game version" for arena and EFT, actually, EFT is in 0.15 and Arena in 0.2
I like the arena battle pass idea because it gives them a doorway to make arena free. I say let them cook and if they burn it then get upset.

There are still a few features in EFT that are not in Arena yet, ie. certain weapon attachments, variable zoom on scopes, more items and stims maybe...

Synchornization betwen eft and arena might mean that all updates for EFT get immidiately pushed to arena as well. As of right now Arena seems to be slightly behind, for example we got the Spear a patch after EFT, and we currently dont have the m60 /deagle/uzi in arena. Same thing for ammo balancing, mechanics, etc.
I read the update sync as bringing 0.15's changes into arena. Hold laser, soft scroll optics, sound, et cet. But I might be wrong.
sound engine improvements twice... so they're probably not very confident that it will be so much better
when you get 6 roadmaps of updates when the biggest issue is not even being able to play because every 1-2 games atleast has a cheater that claps you with esp to sell your juicy gear for RMT
Nothing about fixing the cheaters in every other game of arena or tarkov, given that is their other way of monetizing selling accs they probably won't ever fix

Ngl I feel it's a good thing having a battlepass will add more money flow. There shouldn't be too many people buying this game as much as before, so it's necessary. As long as m62 isn't unlockable or given in the battle pass or like weapons who gives a fuck. Cosmetics are cosmetics they provide no in game advantage no need to cry or think it's the end of the world.
15.5 in game events could mean some sort of Halloween event, so assuming this patch would release around mid-late october?
With the sync btw arena and main game I believe they mean mounting weapons (+bipods) and so on
HE is High Explosive so higher damage area, most HE grenades have an effective casualty radius of 15 meters
"New high-end Content" sounds like another expensive tier of the game. Like unheard and EOD. There were a lot of people complaining about unheard publicly but I see people with the gear on and the expanded pockets in almost every raid. I think more people bought into it than we hoped.
I think many active players bought unheard and many just quit Tarkov, most didn't buy it
I hope the EFT and EFT:Arena syncing means hotkeys will be synced.

the sync is nothing - its already been done. this was likely an older roadmap they had set up fro a while. before they actually implemented the sync and stuff. its working well now. but soem errors still. so maybe fixes the errors
The sync shit still bad from the sync back 2 weeks ago still havent helped me fixed it bsg trader level 1 after grinding hours on hours for traders 4 still no answer, hell nikita doesnt even knew it was a loading bugg for several streamers etc game is the worst buggy mess its been in ages

battle pass would actually kill arena. they cant help but to add pay to win shit. never went back on the eod agreements and people really still expect them not to be lying when saying there going to bring all these QoL improvements and fixes but never do. theres been game breaking bugs in the game for 3 + years and they continue to add unoptimized bullshit rather than just optimize the game they have now

Lmao, as if the Unheard Edition wasn't a terrible enough decision, they are trying to push a battle pass for a game not even out of "beta." Maybe they should worry about some of the bigger picture items...like finishing the game.
Go to PVE markets.... There are offers where they're duping have 150 T-7s per listing... and there are PAGES of them...

Has anyone else been noticing left click/drag bugging in tarkov? Like shooting twice or letting go of the item ad you go to drag it in your stash?
Could be a Tarkov thing, but this is more likely to be a double click issue with your mouse.

@@brian-vi9te the switch for the left mouse button might be dying. Omron is the brand of it and I had one in a razer mouse that failed. It had the same problems you're talking about here. You can either replace it with a new and different one or there are odd temporary fixes that eventually result in the same problem. I'd avoid going with the same Omron one tbh but depending on how long you've had the mouse it might not be a bad idea. There are a lot of knock offs of the brand tho so keep that in mind and will at some point fail, maybe sooner rather than later. sorry for the wall of text, lol. there are also forums and videos about replacing switches in mice so I'd start there.
@@brian-vi9te you might also be able to get away with just cleaning off the switch too. I found one post of someone just hitting their mouse too lmao💀because there might be something on top of the switch like a crumb or something

Cheaters are number one issue, who cares about item locking in stash when a cheater or the buckshot scav kill you in raid?
Basically Arena will be a game to boost ur tarkov account, with items/money/xp and now Battle Pass shit that we can transfer to EFT. Hope they don't wipe the rewards that we will get in BP, like Skins or something like that. I really want to know how they will mess up the things with this BP, tarkov will start to be p2w for real. Who have arena and who don't, is already in a HUGE disavantage. You can level up until 30 through arena. Usually you can get 250k per win in arena and 8-15k XP. The Lega Medal key's are just broken right now, and u can't have those unless you have arena. "BuT yOu CaN FaRm..." Dude, stfu, ppl had class 6 armor on the first couple days of the wipe, just cuz of those rooms that have bunch of class 5-6 plates and timmys are running m822.
Either BSG conspires with cheaters , or they are the most incompetent dev team possible. Almost 7 yrs so many of us have given them. No more, so many of us have perma-escaped
Battlepass is probably the best way they can monetize the game for the future. As an EoD player I really don't care about visual stuff.
They should add battlepass and remove the P2W upgrades for other editions, give them 10 years of premium battlepass or something in exchange. Just get the P2W out of this game!

seems like Nikitas promise that pve will be the same experience as pvp falls short once again. No marathon event, no Ref. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw another unheard edition for 300$ when the winter patch hits
kinda forgot that marathon mode existed tbh, but ref is supposedly coming to pve soon looking at nikitas twitter, not sure how the arena transfer system will work but we will see.

NGL they should finish arena, bevor they push out stuff like "battlepasses". they released an unfinished version, updated it over the past year, to a point, where its quiet enjoyable. yet far away from the "competitive shooter" they claimed arena should be. or a full game, worth its pricetag.

oh no there's a sound engine improvement, AI behavior and game client optimization all at the same time. Fantastic this will probably mean Nikita will just tell use that the lore accurate pmc is def and just remove sound entirely, AI will now 1 shot you with pistols as well and the return of 120GB ram requirements. Glad we aren't getting a battle pass in tarkov though oh boy dodged a bullet there anyways I'm going to just go and do some arena to level ref since no other traders are required anymore pass level 15 while i transfer over stuff from the battle pass i bought... wait huh? lets be honest new high end content just has a very high chance of being ref LL5 now sells all items at the rate we're going

Well, maybe by 2030 BSG will have decent anti-cheat, patch bugs, and release content I payed for already. Until then, this game is staying in the oven for me.

Sales occur when mass cheater bans occur, if you hear of a mass ban expect a sale to go up within days to incentivize the cheaters to re-purchase the game.

The Battle Pass just seems like a sad cash grab when cheaters and bugs are so prevalent right now. If they don't make the game better, the Battle Pass is just going to be seen as worse and worse by the time it comes out.
