    this is one of the most effective ways to build arms i think.. i mean u tell a newbie to do 50 push ups its not possible but these r .... so nice

    Thanks Hannah for the video. I am definitely going to add this workout to my routine as I've always needed to work on my arms and upper strength. The goal is to be able to do full plank push ups.
