I've tried almost every modern ceramic spray on the market. I have gone back to Duragloss 101 wet look polish with polymer sealant that I have been using for 20-25 years. I couldn't find a ceramic spray that could match the gloss slickness or ease of removal. I can polish the whole car and then go back and effortlessly wipe it down.
Good video and I always have a great experience using Car Supplies Warehouse. These hybrid products are giving one year of protection at less than half the cost of entry level ceramics.

Hi It's just like the Hybrid Solutions products, A lot of these new hybrid Sio2 products need a damp towel to activate and remove the residue. I guess some people don't like it, but I don't mind.

Looks pretty good but seems similar to the TW Hybrid line and Tec 582. Not sure if it's worth the price difference. I've been really happy with the TW stuff and Tec 582. Plus I'm a diyer so how mamybproducts do I really need for the 4 cars that I take care of?

great video Phil, was hoping you'd get the products soon. I have tested the Sealant and Detailer on my Outback bonnet (hood) since end Nov, when Alan sent out the last batch of tester bottles. Its damn awesome stuff, and outlasted the Megs HCW/HCD i had on the rest of the car, still by early Feb - self cleaning is impressive, especially bird bombs! I've now got the now released full products, but car currently under a foot of snow now (in the Highlands after all), so maybe sometime before i get to try all 3 of them out on the whole car. 👍👍❄❄👍👍 Can't beat the AM Glaze/Sealant combo. Loving the outro.....Alan will have a grin ear to ear 😁

Thanks! Yeah that bucket filler was a quick little invention of mine to fill my buckets. I just glued some pvc together and made it. I need to do a little video on that. Yeah I would say that it’s very similar to the Xtreme solutions products.
Always look forward to your videos, I was surprised how well that foam gun worked, yes foam guns require more soap, I like to use them to lead my wash pad. I thought it was competitive with a foam cannon. You really have me curious about the AM Details Hybrid products. I hope you can do more in depth videos talking about the chemistry, and applications.

Apologies, more questions. What is the temperature in your detailing bay? why : been over on the AM web site which talks about doing " one/two panels at a time then buff off" it looks like youre laying it down & immediately buffing off, Id have thought doing one or two complete panels at a time wouldnt be an immediate level/buff off any remaining resedue ?? Just wondering given we are all going to over apply initially if its worth doing the same as Xtreme's PolySeal with a slightly damp mf applicator ??
Hi No Problem...It doesn't matter actually if you do more panels then wipe,, its a wipe on and wipe off product anyway. Once it flashes away after buffing it off it bonds and cures. I'm sure you could apply it with a dam towel, that may make it spread more. Let's experiment with that also and see how it works!

We're still waiting for Turtle Ice Seal & Shine, so god only knows when we will get the Graphene suite, as of only a few minutes ago Turtle Wax UK returns ZERO response for a search with the word Graphene & requests for ETA are too returning zero results unless you count " yes, we should have it sometime this year all things being equal " a positive response.. Hey, Phil. So I noticed the headlights on the Avalon are starting to haze. Maybe do a video on your way of restoring headlights? And how to protect them afterwards. Do you think a ceramic coating is enough? Dimitry from Dimitry's Garage made a video on UV protection from different products and it turns out they don't provide as much UV protection as you might expect.

The headlights will fade again over time, but just a quick polish will revive them again.You can spray them with a uv clear coat again but its a pain and we don't offer that anyway because after a few years them fade again. In parts of the country where its cooler and you dont get extreme heat headlights last much longer. So it really depends on where you live.

I think glazes looks like a coating after a sealant like power lock. That is the secret for a glass like shine.

Is it just the sealant that can potentially smear or is it the Detailer as well?
Both can smear a little. So just using a damp towel or a mist of water helps.
