Excellent teaching, i am painting over wallpaper in small bedroom and was not sure about need to prime/seal, did a small area to see if colour bled through...it did but now i know what to use and how to tackle this job! Thanks Steven for the video, i will definitely become a subscriber

What filler did you use on the seams? Didn't understand. Great job. GAve me the courage to start a project I have been putting off.

it depends on the room and various other things.
Only use little green on ocasion when customer gets it......wish i could use it all the time, great paint but expensive

can You use water based paint on wallpaper?
I've been told I would need oil based primer before I apply water based paint? If not, the wallpaper will come off at some point.
Some will cover test it first, but if not then you would need to use Zinsser wallpaper cover up first i dont think the wallpaper will come off, if the wallpaper is stuck well.

What about the wall paper has already painted and want to change the color of it? How to do it?
Just paint over it.

It will bubble up and you will have to peel it off. I know because I had to do it.
it's fine still to this day.
