dont know why i love you presentation and channel. have been in an endless loop of watching even tho i'm not based in malaysia. somehow enjoyable. keep it up
Bought a unit somewhere around KDCF for it's forest view. But upon watching this video, it does feel that KL East is a better place to live in plus FREEHOLD
Hoping for the botaniqa residence review.. decent location spot as 10 mins to sunway and right outside of PJ. Planning to move in. Just need your review before taking further steps
@@SiHaoWong if the underground structure is built to withstand the topology of the mountain, it wont fall. I'm sure the engineers had assessed the situation. However, if landslide happen, the lower building/car parks will suffer the damage
Impressive how Sime Darby and Sunway manage to turn Taman Melati area "luxurious" with expensive residential, malls, exclusive parks and private schools. I expect more demands of housing and commercial lots once TBG and ECRL stations opens adjacent to KL east. Killer traffic as well.
Dont forget, once the school is up, there will be traffic jams as people will be parking along the roads waiting to pick up their children's as it is also sharing your main road to the Condo.. BTW, what will be your choice between this and Park One?
just a petty comment, about the 1350sqft layout that you reviewed. It is nicely done as a default showroom layout but as an ID designer I won't place the dining table against the fridge though. Ergonomically doesn't make sense at all. Otherwise, I like the overall ID😊
i wanted to say toll fare RM7 per trip using SPE to Bangsar South is crazy, but if I can afford RM1m house, maybe not so crazy after all 😂 i like this project tho
It depends where you’re working first and that determines which area would should you more. Some might prioritise a location closer to schools for their children. Only then we can decide what suits you at your budget:)
Hmm is the mall really 100% occupied? Don't know why it doesn't feel like it whenever I'm there haha. But what I also know is that veo's occupancy rate I pretty low. So those that are buying for investment might want to do some research
@@iherng away from water and on flat ground? malaysia is not lack of land, why removing the forest on such terrain to build resi? why do we even need so much condo?
Well I used to think like that too until I realised most of us will only buy one or two in our entire lifetime. With the very high cost of risk if the product is not being accepted, developer will inch themselves towards innovation. Innovation often takes place in making the products to be within affordable instead of pushing the “quality” you mention. If you’re not happy with the finishes, it’s not that difficult to upgrade to your liking actually. So I think there is no need to reinvent the wheel in this highly regulated industry for the sake of excitement. Unless you’ve owned 25 of them, you can always move to landed homes where it’s free canvas for you to build from scratch:)

the jam is insane during weekend
Getting into the township or within the township? Or both?
Only in MRR2 but honestly once TBG and ECRL open i feel like the jam at melati is gonna be crazy
@@FrhnWahab what's tbg and ecrl?
where got easy access to SPE? You exit from KL East can't take the SPE ramp leh. Have to go and make a uturn all the way at the Gombak highway.
Great location and its proximity to kl centre will be great

What’s KDCF yea?
If coming from kl, the junction before entering kl east jam like shit. Also if festive season, gombak toll jam really gg also
Thanks for sharing. Then residents need to plan around it lah I guess:/
Love facing forest ❤

Gotta point out, that area is prone to landslide.Buyers proceed with caution. DYOD.
Yupe. Make informed decisions. I would suggest to visit the site after the sales gallery:)

is there a futsal court??
Hmm, macam takde in this project. But the surrounding ones will have.
A million for a condo nowadays seems to be a norm already 😅 although it’s the unit size that jack up the price

I like this more mainly because of the ridge view :)

Cheap materials at which area yea?

I agree on the research part. Don’t make our buying decisions based on “feel”.
The idea of being sandwiched between 2 running water is scary enough

What do you mean not stable yea? The buffering? Or the footage are shaky?
Anything east is noooott it. Jammed as f, landslide, sinkhole.
kl properties are soooooo boring.....they all look the same.... quality and finishing is bad in my opinion.
