Thanks for giving an under budgeted person like me , a glimpse of a "lifestyle of the rich and famous's" type of property. It definitely has a very good natural environment.
I visited the unit before. To be honest, I love it so much!! You should visit the highest floor duplex during sunset time, you will be blown away by the kl skyline view!! It was so calm and serene; YES, during MRR2 peak hours!
I love your command of English language, the words and phrases you use.... Malaysian Architects seem to have a very good taste for architecture with nature and ambiance in mind. No where else in the world this much attention to detail and finesse. If the weather were to be a little nicer, Malaysia would be the ultimate heaven on earth ( its already at 90% heaven). Above all the cost is very affordable compared to the other developed countries. Considering the amenities and ambiance that comes with these properties, the cleanliness, and combined with the cost of living this is a steal for Expats where their money will go a long way. I have been looking at MM2H for many years and wish had taken up on the offer. I have visited Penang Island 6 times in the last 5 years on business trip and absolutely love it, The new MM2H rules no telling when to come may put a higher ceiling on minimum property price for purchase. I can still rent and have a good peaceful retirement. Love Malaysia. Please keep posting more reviews like this. Thanks for the fine job.
I watched a few of the property reviews and so far this one is my favorite. I am from the US, and one thing that I like to learn more about Malaysia in general is crime. Maybe you can do a few videos to talk about which areas have low crime and which areas to avoid in Malaysia. Thanks and keep up with the great videos!
Hi Sean, thanks for another great review. Appreciate if you could do a step-by-step video on how to auction for a property. It is difficult to get information on what is needed to prepare in advance, and any contacts for auction property lawyers would be helpful
Only folks that currently living along mrr2 will consider buying .. those congestion and never ending road constructions really scary. 1 thing u can't miss buying this project. Traffic jam, traffic jam.. and traffic jam.

Hi Sean, thanks for your hard work and sharing of knowledge. In KL, other than the Ridge and Veo, is there other neighborhood with lots of ‘green’ but yet close to all conveniences?
Erm, there are several actually especially around this area where the Quartz Ridge spans across KL east up to Taman Melawati. Even Quinn (project name) is sandwiched between nature reserved land, the mall and lrt station:)
Hi Sean, what i dream penthouse lucky as a foreigner i can buy this. However, the maintainence fees a bit high at RM$0.35, monthly will come out RM$1000-1200 for the duplex house. As compare to Singapore, the house still very worth to buy. Thank you for shooting the video that i found the house to buy.
I would suggest to contact the sales team directly Phillip as there are several types of built up in different floor levels. They will be able to help you:)
Fantastic video Sean. Noticed the subsale price and rental is really low. What would your comments be on this if someone wants to buy this Veo for ownstay and subsequently rent it out after upgrading?
Erm, I think this location has no expats yet as the international school is not completed. Plus also due to pandemic, all of them cannot travel. Until then, this will be a local market and it's challenging for the rental to break even with the installment. This is really skewing towards own stay :)
I am just a bit worried since the developments are at the hillside and hilltops - lesson learned from Bukit Antarabangsa. Lately there has been increasing development around such areas. Not sure how the conservation and maintenance being done to ensure such incidents at hilltops and hillsides would not occur here or other similar developments.
Hi Sean, since you already visited The Ridge and Veo. What differentiate these two projects from your observations? Seems like both are premium products targeting the same audience/buyer. Am I missing something?
The main difference would be the commercial components and the facilities. In the Ridge, it's directly connected to the mall which might be a huge factor to consider. Meanwhile for The Veo, it's purely residential. The Ridge has a higher density and a larger one floor facility deck. While Veo has a different approach to the facility design. It's more nature oriented. Something to also take noted would be the exposure to the highway. The Ridge is right next to it because the commercial component needs the exposure. But that also comes with noise.
Great vid as always.. For this price.. I'd rather get the anjali unit you reviewed. Location wise just as "good" but the unit seems alot nicer.. Now to find a buyer for my kidney to afford one
Well, location is always relative. But these two said designs are pretty similar. Work harder instead of selling the kidney lah, my kidney can only help pay the downpayment hahahaha=)
Different location. At Bangsar South, you're also surrounding by lots of international offices. Plus it's surrounded by highways. Because of the different convenience and accessibilities, both of the property are priced accordingly:)
Way less than that. It's around RM 1.6mil during the filming of this video=) But of course, the promotion may change but do find out more from the team!!
It's not only forest, it's a 200 million years old rain forest!!! Hahaha. I was being reminded a lot during the shooting process=) Thanks for watching Hugh!
Beautiful home. But the traffic jam aiyoh really killing it. The maintenance fees and sinking funds will be as high as those 100 years old trees. But hey if you are able to buy it then this is kacang putih la.
Kitchen is quite small and it is compromised because of the stairway. To accommodate a medium or large size family, a bigger kitchen would be better. Just my opinion.
whoah, what i like all in one. too bad, price.. hmmmm.... but if i have that kind of money, rather buy this than any of similarly priced properties in sabah
