You're the only interlocked queen with absolutely no thinning at the roots. Wish I knew your method or what you're doing differently
the 2-point rotation helps, and stretching my retis as long as possible also helps!

I've decided im gonna start microlocs but what i've noticed is that i can not part straight no matter how i try so i'm forgoing the grid. Do you think i could still interlock?

Are you still doing the 2 pt rotation? How does the interlocked portion feel vs the length of your locs? I think I may restart my journey utilizing the method you did. Your locks look beautiful!
CoilyHairedBeauty yes! I love the two point. The interlocked portion feels slightly more compact than the twisted portion, but it is very soft and has little to no frizz
