ALLright!! . . . . .good to see you again! . . . have not stopped reviewing your vids with the hope you would return. fantastic quality & it seems we have the same Mr. Nick returning. sweet!! i must have a good beer in it's proper chalice when your August video is online as a celebration. can't wait . . . . fr harrisonville, missouri
It is nice to have you posting again. I am retired now but I had a job writing micro code on occasion. I had a class, Linear Systems, and we where exposed to the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle which I found extremely distressing at the time. Now in my free time I took another look at it. I found lectures on the subject, one by Professor Lewin from MIT. Heisenberg is used to explain the distances between refraction bars in the double slit experiment. The spaces in the light pattern is I believe d = H bar/lambda where H bar is Planks Constant/ 2*pie. If a laser is used, lambda is the wave length of the laser. The distant between refraction bar can be projected 8 ft. or more . So laser pointer aimed at a straight edge and surface under test should the gap between the surfaces where the distance measured at the projected target is reduced by ratio of distance laser to straight edge / distance laser
Oh no, the chief engineer died (of age) in 2014. I'd really like to have a cat again, but the situation daytime job / workshop / home is not what I'd like to burden onto a cat.
MuellerNick, you’re back! Brilliant! One of the originals!
