Absolutely! I believe that this is going to be a very humbling experience for a lot of people. Well, I HOPE that it will be a humbling experience for them anyways. We are all going through this together, use this time as a time for reflection. We always ask for more time to do *insert random thing here*...now we have the time! I would rather focus on the positive right now instead of getting caught up in the drama. The virus is enough drama for me right now lol. I am also becoming more germophbic with age, mainly because of years of watching how unclean most people truly are, many do not even use hot water, nor much water, nor soap all during the day, as well as the way that they cough, sneeze, touch, spit while talking to other and it falls on your lip or face, talking face to face with in 10 inches. I am 63 and I have seen and experienced much of what I have just expressed. I have always needed my personal space of 3 feet around others, however I have always been a hugger of others to show my friendly ness, openness and blessings, but now no longer can I practice this closeness for others. Sad to say it's the way of the new world. I do love other, but I also must remember to love myself first and make changes as times change around us. I have been working in various positions in hospitality since 1995. Catering, Cooking, Servings, but never at a restaurant nor bar nor hotel, so I know that's a hot spot for unclean, when no one is watching, I have gotten lots of extra crap in food that she not have been in it.

If you use butter you can do a double infusion. However, I find tincture best because I can add it to so many base ingredients like sugar, flour, icing sugar, cocoa powder and so on. This way you can an multiple levels of product without effecting the taste.
