      She died because she was not told the truth to begin with so she waited for years before meeting these two Doctors who told her it was benign at the beginning of the growth but became malignant because she waited too long to come to them by which it had *ALREADY* spread to her lungs.
      Why do you want to insinuate she died because two black Doctors worked on her. You can not reason probably but claim to have high IQ? If this is how high IQ works , I am sorry I want to have my low IQ because we seem to think better than high IQ folks. Stupid fool.

    • @rovers141
      @rovers141 6 років тому +25

      Unfortunately Cadumbblonde Riley is 100% accurate on this one. I went in the military with scoliosis (curved spine), I was only accepted into the militarybecause the doctor that examined me before going to boot camp said the curve wasn't significant enough to cause me trouble. 4 years later my back hurt to the point where it was affecting how well I did on fitness tests which in turn affects promotion, and if your scores are bad enough it can get you kicked out. So I went to the doctors where I was stationed and was told to give it a 2 month rest with no physical activity and I would be fine. 2 months later I'm back and still in pain. This went on for another 3 years before they FINALLY referred me to a local orthopedic surgeon (in the city, not a military doctor) who said the curve in my spine was in fact significant and it was no wonder that after 4-7 years of training and lifting heavy equipment that I was in pain, and that I should focus on strengthening certain areas of my back to support the curve. His answer wasn't good enough for the doctors on base, they wouldn't give me the waivers I needed to avoid fitness tests until my back was strong enough so I wound up failing them all and left the military shortly after. Now my back is strong, I even worked on a farm and shoveled asphalt for a living while taking college classes and am experiencing only minor discomfort at the end of a day and only after working hard all day. Loads of people these days know that the medical support that veterans receive from the Department of Veteran's Affairs is absolute trash, but what isn't as well known (by civilians anyway) is that the medical problems we face after the military is often the result of shitty doctors while we were still in active duty!

      Kimberly Sawatzky If she is not a veteran herself, she cannot use the VA. The VETERANS AFFAIRS (aka VA) hospitals and clinics are only for military veterans, not their dependents. However, the military doctors that dependents see while the sponsor is active is usually the same low grade service the military person deals with also, unless they have an actual civilian doctor who actually went through the double digit years of medical training (which is rare).

    I was told my tumor was benign too; but it wasn't. I took my doctors advice to come back in a year. A year later, he still blew me off, saying it was benign. Started to say he was 100% sure, corrected himself and said 99% sure and that he'd send me for a biopsy to calm my fears. Imagine my shock when the surgeon called me and told me I had cancer. After the fact I discovered my doctor didn't follow protocol. I decided if I died b/c of the cancer I'd have my brother sue him. I lived and 27 years later have had no recurrence.. There is no excuse for this kind of thing to happen. I had good medical insurance too. Money was not even an issue. The issue was the doctor. DO NOT TRUST YOUR DOCTOR 100%. They are not God. They are humans and imperfect. I wonder how many other women got a delayed diagnosis and paid with their lives b/c of my doctor.

I was going to see my family doctor a month later, and I mentioned to him about the lumps ... he said to me that he was going to send me for a "fast-track" mammogram, which was set up for the following Monday. By Thursday, I was diagnosed with lymphoma. I spent 3 months in the hospital with intense chemotherapy, total body radiation, and a stem cell transplant. She went to numerous doctors that all gave her a shitty, non accurate diagnosis.
      This is one reason i don't even want to think about going to a hospital for any reason, because most doctors are dishonest and charge you an arm and a leg to tell you some bullshit that's incorrect or that you already know.

    • @harley310
      @harley310 3 роки тому +2

      @@NightmareCourtPictures most doctors are honest and sincere in helping you. The submitted bill to insurance is to at least coup their exact costs. Insurance pays a set percentage which is very low. Just check you ins. statement closely and you will see what the hospital and doctor are reimbursed. Case in point, I am a sever diabetic. My ins says they saved me $1,200 on a month supply of a medicine. My cost was $40 copay. My sister, a pharmacist, admitted that no one ever pays $1,200. So why do the ins statement say i saved $1,200? Insurance and drug companies are the culprit, not the doctors. Look at what the lab reimbursement amt is.

    If you ever find a lump and a doctor says don't worry about it, you damn well better worry about it, no matter where it is on your body. A 22 year old woman that would be assigned to the hospital unit I worked in had a lump on the palm of her hand while going thru respiratory training medical training for 2 years. Her doctor told her not to worry about it and when she started working full time in a hospital and had insurance to get it removed. She did just that. It was biopsied was found to be cancer. Her body scan showed it had infiltrated her lungs. She only lived 2 years more.

      Bullshit, my friend Yana lived in London, she had breast cancer and got put off for 6months. Finally after she tried for third time to get treated her company offered to transfer her to Florida, and there she moved, got treatment and is now cancer free. After she finished her chemo and radiation she gets email she has appointment to get treated nearly 2 yes after initial diagnosis and she was told if she had waited any longer she would be dead. Keep your bullshit government ran healthcare. I know too many people who get little to no care but thankfully they have enough money to go where they need to get help.
