    I am going to take you through a great stretch today to work on the muscles that most commonly get tired or tight in someone who is training like we are! I will be paying special attention to the hips, hamstrings, and core! As with any stretch it is important to make sure you relax and push yourself right outside what is comfortable! You will benefit from this stretch the most if you really push yourself! Let me know what you think!

I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

    I always love the pigeon. My hips are so tight! I liked the hamstring with arm over to the side one. It's hard for me, so I must really need it. Thank you Sydney for all you do. You are changing my life!

    The neck stretch felt great but the pigeon pose is my new favorite because it helps me in my splits. I now do splits like a no brainer and I've been stretching every day since December 2020.

    This was a great deep stretch! I wish there was more attention paid to the back muscles as well as stretching the ankle! I loved the stretch where we were in a split pose and were stretching side to side on the ground! Thank you so much! I hope anybody reading this, has a awesome day! :D
