i had extreme leg cramps last night after not stretching from a bike ride. A reminder to me how important it is to stretch. Thanks Sydney I am listening to your advice!!

You always seem to know EXACTLY what I need! I WANT 2 lift, but I NEED 2 stretch :) Still takin' care to not OVER stretch, but don't feel it if I don't dig deep (did full splits vs. hamstring stretch). Followed up w/the foam roller workout. THANKS again!! ~ Mrs. C
Stretched it!💪💪💪 Thank you for another awesome and very much needed deep stretch. Definitely needed it after the boxing/arms day and the lower body day. Love being sore and stetching is so amazing. Been achieving my stretching/mobility goal and surpassing it. Averaging 4 to 6 days a week of 20 minutes. Thank you so much for the inspiration! And the tools to do this!
