Winter Glow scarf is amazing! Genius colors! It's so beautiful. Gorgeous yarns too. The story was nice and thinking of you on the ice made my knees wobble. I'm glad it all worked out okay! Your brioche cowl is perfect. Brioche never works out for me! Grrr. Very busy video, very interesting. I laughed out loud at "butter fingers". It's been too many years to count since I have heard that! The cherry coconut candy sounds interesting. I don't eat much sugar or sweets, but every once in a while I eat a huge amount on a binge and feel horrible for a while and my face just rebels with rough, red patches and itching. It takes 3 weeks for it clear up and is completely not worth it! I'm glad you got some though and I hope you and Chad don't break out from eating it Peace and happiness to you, Chad and Pixel! 💕💕💕

Hi Emese! I did have a head start on two of the projects. The package of yarn came to me late last year and I got to work in the new year. There are so many patterns I wanted to get through and I'm still working on a few of them. I have the best mum who was so accommodating with sending me treats from my childhood!

I'd never seen it like that before. Watching you walk on the ice, I felt like I did when Granddad and I would walk on the frozen pond. The ice made a shivering, cracking kind of noise under foot.

Thank you for your comment and letting me know you liked the Madeline Tosh colour - it was an amazing yarn to work with. If you do get to make a sweater with that yarn - it would be such a squishy one.
I know you'll love the results of that pattern. The instructions ask for a sample swatch to test out your tension and fabric. I wouldn't skip that step. It helped for me to understand all the instructions and I actually switched out my hook size for a larger one on the final piece.

That's the spirit Patti! The sample that is asked of you to make is essential for the learn - I wouldn't skip it. It helps you see the tension and fabric before you embark on the journey. I switched up my hook to a larger size because of the sample swatch.

I live in New Zealand & yes, we have Lots of sheep here - approx 25 million of them 🐏 😊🐑.. perendale & romney are breeds of sheep here - the smell & feel of the romney could be the natural lanolin in the wool .. we have some wonderful wools & wool producers/spinners/dyers 🧶🧶🤗.. I like Cherry ripes too 🍫..thanks for another great video Gary 😊

I know you'll love the results of that pattern. The instructions ask for a sample swatch to test out your tension and fabric. I wouldn't skip that step. It helped for me to understand all the instructions and I actually switched out my hook size for a larger one on the final piece.

That's the spirit Patti! The sample that is asked of you to make is essential for the learn - I wouldn't skip it. It helps you see the tension and fabric before you embark on the journey. I switched up my hook to a larger size because of the sample swatch.
Awesome makes. We go ice fishing and drive the truck on the lake. I admit though, it's not fun to go ice fishing when it 20-40 below. I'm holding out for a warmer day. Pixel is so cute. Thanks for sharing

Such lovely FO's - the sea calm scarf is stunning - the yosemite yarn is perfect for the gorgeous design. I live in New Zealand & yes, we have Lots of sheep here - approx 25 million of them 🐏 😊🐑.. perendale & romney are breeds of sheep here - the smell & feel of the romney could be the natural lanolin in the wool .. we have some wonderful wools & wool producers/spinners/dyers 🧶🧶🤗.. I like Cherry ripes too 🍫..thanks for another great video Gary 😊

The Bayka HC shawl made me want to play, it's such a fun design. And then I saw the Liudmyla Hefny pattern scarf - oh my goodness, I will need that pattern so I can make a cardigan for next winter! (I know how to make the stitch, but I don't know how to make it curve - so clever!) Thanks for all the inspirations!
