Updating Questionable Vintage Tofu Recipes

I had so much fun last week making vintage tofu recipes, but I kept on thinking about how much better they could be with a few tweaks. So I made them! Join us as we take three vintage tofu recipes and try and make them a little more modern.
The three recipes we updated are
-Tofu with Tahini Sauce
-Creamy Tomato and Tofu Soup
-Chilled Tofu with Applesauce and Granola
