@@Dargoneth Malenia is easy when you realize her AI is complete garbage phase 1 and she will circle the entire arena staring at you as you continuously hit her with hitscan spells. Radagon is what gave me trouble. He will *not* sit around and wait to be hit.
Oleg basically carried me through the whole game. XD I used others like the black knife and one of the mausoleum knights. But when I found Oleg he never left my side XD
nothing beats that feeling when you finally make it on the elevator for the first time with no enemies around, and then bam dude teleports onto it and whoops that ass
That happened to me when I was trying to get to the site of grace in the castle I ran pass the knight and I’m right in front of the site of grace and he’s right behind me whispering in my ear “I’m here to extend your car warranty”
I once cleared the Castle to know if I was missing something from my first run. Never again. Nope. Not a single chance I'm not sprinting to Niall. I don't even remember the loot beeing good.
@@johannesmanninen6416 The loot is located after you kill Commander Niall Unai is referring to the fact that the majority of the castle itself has sweet FA in terms of decent loot, besides what you get from killing Niall. All of the mobs before him are just to weaken you prior to getting into the boss arena, so the best strat is to sprint

Why would anyone sprint to the boss when there's a perfectly serviceable elevator to the side with zero mobs around it? It's almost like devs put it there intentionally.

I love the teleport boy, because he _always_ appears directly behind you. If you just stand with your back to the edge of a tall wall when you get his attention, the idiot will teleport mid-air and drop to his death.
That one teleporting knight is both the most terrifying and genius enemy in the game. Finally, an enemy that cannot be safely ranged down... but also a real problem for that same reason. Is pretty spectacular when you're not the one fighting him.
I can see her eyes closed tongue out slashing away rolling around the ground or super serious dbz stuff like the banished knight here just teleporting and owning our dear tarnished. Maybe even a let me solo her summon at the end

Fun fact about this teleporting knight. There is a cliff a fair ways out of Castle Sol but you can still see the knight and get an arrow to reach him, at max range but he still can and WILL teleport to you if you shoot him from there. And won't deaggro. Ask me how I know.
The expressions on the PC’s face are absolutely amazing. The way you convey different shades of emotion are a masterclass. Also, the reference to DBZ in the way the knight kicked him around before the ground smash was priceless.

Oh My God. This episode so was spot on. It was incredible. The instant transmission dual wielding knight, he screwed me so many times. The ballista's with exploding bolts were devestating. Even being hit through the mist after entering... wow. Increadible Carbot, keep up the amazing work.
Oh, I remember Commander Niall. I specifically remember smashing my head against the metaphorical brick wall for about a week before I beat him, learning that my computer monitor was more solidly constructed than my fist, giving up many a time to do slightly less unfair side quests in the hopes of levelling up, and many of the times I failed I remember thinking 'this guy isn't even the one this game is infamous for! Why am I so awful?' And yet, a year later, I oddly cherish said memories, and occasionally wonder if I ought to do it again.
Dude, Castle Sol screwed me up so bad I wasted an hour trying to do the jumping cheese strategy cause I thought I was never going to actually get to Niall to try to beat him. Eventually I was able to get to the Grace inside the church before the boss and thus was able to beat the mofo without many issues, but gdi it was freaking hard getting there.
I’m so happy that waking up to an new episode every Saturday morning and watching it with my husband with a good laugh has become the new routine. Plz keep updating!
The face at the end when Niall summons his two knights and the tarnished dying from one of the knights outside while he stood in shock was perfect! lol.
@marloncebo242 never discourage fellow souls players, I've been coming back to 1 for years now and I still say fuck that game and stop for a while. I've beaten 2 3 bloodborne and elden ring but 1 just pisses me off, but one day I will finish it. It's the souls formula
my first playthrough, castle sol was a nightmare. Then second playthrough I just sat there doing summons for like three weeks. Got so good at spiritcaller cave, the ice dragon, and niall that all of them became a breeze.
One of the worst parts about those teleporting ghost knights is that the unaltered Banished Knight’s Chest armor is only farmable from 2 of them. You can’t find that piece anywhere else in the game. And it’s an _awesome piece!_

I beat Commander Niall on my first try. That Banished Knight took like 20 attempts.

The one with duals was sick, at first playthrough. Skilled combos.
That’s why Oleg was my forever summon. Only whipped him out for the toughest of fights, or for multi-bosses, because anything else he would just solo

This Elden ring animated series keeps surprise me, they’re so accurate and funny to watch.
my first playthrough, castle sol was a nightmare. Then second playthrough I just sat there doing summons for like three weeks. Got so good at spiritcaller cave, the ice dragon, and niall that all of them became a breeze.

One of the worst parts about those teleporting ghost knights is that the unaltered Banished Knight’s Chest armor is only farmable from 2 of them. You can’t find that piece anywhere else in the game. And it’s an _awesome piece!_
Or you could farm it from any other banished knight and alter it back?
