She's purring away! Nice 👌🏾
Yeahhhhhh man. What do you think of it?
Thanks for the video and your comments. I am picking up mine tomorrow . My right shoulder does not let me pull start a gas machine any more so hopefully the Toro will do what I need.
Let me know what you think of it. So far, so good here in Mowssouri. It’s super convenient if you don’t want to mess with cranking, mixing oil/gas, and running stealth mode.
Slowly switching to toro 60v love the string Trimmer super light, just grabbed the blower amazed at how much power it has
Awesome! Thanks for sharing. I keep the blower in my truck at all times now. Great piece of equipment to have on hand. Have you tried the chainsaw?! Thanks for watching!
Great video
Thanks! Appreciate you watching. 👍
I bought one earlier this year and absolutely love it. Lots of power, lightweight and easy to use.
What size sting goes into this trimmer.
Awesome!
Less than .095 I think.
1st 💪🏾🌱
You da man! Thanks bro 👊
You're now seeing other companies that make professional gas-powered gear like Echo and Stihl come out with battery versions.
Yes, lots of different companies trying battery...
Man! That thing started on the first try 😆
And didn’t wear my arm out! 😂
That big 60 volt sounds pretty mean, you know, for electric. I wonder how it does with the guard off and the string out long. My Ryobi stuff has served me well. But if better is out there, I want it. 2 👍🏼 from this guy (I have 2 cells lol)
Yeah, you hit that switch over to number 2 and man it’s running! Not sure how it would run with the guard off. I’ve always left them on. Thanks for watching. I’ll have some more vids of it running in the future. Stay tuned!
If you're running any battery-operated unit with the line longer than intended, you will drain the battery faster.
Keep in mind Toro also has a rear motor model with attachment capability. Not sure if the motor is any more powerful.
I'm running the commercial Revolution series now. Definitely recommend it!
Do you have a video for restring the line when its out of line that came on the trimmer when it was new? Does procedure vary if the line is .080 or .095?
How’s it holding up?
It looks like it flexes in the middle of the shaft where the two halves go together. Is that noticeable? Do you see it a problem.
Yeah, I definitely don’t like how sloppy it feels when you connect the 2 pieces together. There’s definitely wiggle room there. You may be able to fix it somehow, but I haven’t taken the time to do so. Thanks for watching!
How much stringer trimmer line did it come with and how thick of a line can it hold?
Not sure the length of the trimmer line, but I was running .095 trimmer line. Thanks for watching!
The shaft appeared to be a bit wigglely. I have everything Greenworks 80 volt except for the string trimmer. Long term the Greenworks has worked very well.
It's supposed to do that brother. 👍
Yeah, I didn't like that part of the trimmer. The commercial grade trimmer is made much better.
Looks like you got alot of runtime what size battery?
I’ll have to put the run time to the test. But the Battery is a 2.5 Amp- Hour with 135 Watt-Hour.
Do you know if a brush blade can be added to this? Let us know, thanks
I don’t think so.
How do you play out more string?
Just tap the trimmer head. Thanks for watching!
Does it spin the opposite direction?
Yes. It spins clockwise.
12.52 minutes and no mention of the feed. I'm thinking about buying one of these, but I would really like to know is it is a bump feed or auto feed like my B&D. It looks like it is a bump feed on the string.
It's bump feed on this one. Thanks for watching
I think about getting me a cordless trimmer I tired of my gas powered trimmer not starting right up on me at a job site
Get extra batteries and find a good way to keep them charged.
I just got this grass trimmer this past weekend. I charged the battery and it lasted about 50 minutes. That was pretty much non-stop use. I was in some dense and thick weeds that did not get touched at all last year on a 7-8 acre lot. After 50 minutes I slapped the battery on the charger and took a break/ did other things. I'm very happy with my purchase so far. I love a gasoline or diesel engine in my car, on my lawn mower, etc. However, Batteries have got to the point that I can not see me owning a gas trimmer ever again. I dont do lawn work for a living so perhaps I'd have a different opinion if I did. However, I'm not so sure.
Can you use any brand .095 trim line?
Ohhhh yeah!
Any problems with line jamming or feeding
I haven’t used it much, so can’t give much feedback. But I have the commercial TORO 60V now and it works great! No jamming. Line feeds in 30 seconds when re-stringing.
Hey 👋 😊
Thanks for watching!
You need to take the tape off of the blade that trims the string
It will wear off lol
You’re absolutely right! Keep up the good work.
@@randyhyde8680 Thanks for watching!
Prolly sitting on 1 bar of battery didnt show us how many bars it used
Can't remember how many batteries I went through. Just depends how thick of grass you're in and how much throttle you're giving it.
Dont like the flex in the middle
Not a fan either...
wierd guy
Most trimmer guys are weird.
