I tried your advice before. To see statue of Shiva, to see a nice photo of a baby and it worked with these new suggestions. Sometimes we can manage to maintain normal life until the triggers come. Also making a good hot strong soup to slow down. You share great comfort in your videos❤️
It’s funny that this video came on for me. I am currently going through a trial in my life and it’s very hard for me. I am angry at the skies asking why? Why is this so tough, but I realize I am being tested and I must pass the test I will past the test.

I agree. Something that might help… remember only you can choose to be affected by these comments. Externally, negative horrible things can come your way but remember you can either remove yourself or work on reminding yourself that these comments are not true and do not reflect your true character! Sorry for the kneejerk reaction, but when you linked unkindness from a boss to "impermanence", I see repeat behaviour as "permanence". The thing that's small in isolation happens every other day and to all subordinates, I think AT LEAST there needs to be a talk. And if the person sees nothing wrong with their behaviour, I think that being upset has actually just done you a service as now you know it's better to quit, cause that one person is not going to change. So if [insert thing] IS going to affect you five weeks/months/years from now, the problem is less your anger than whatever legitimately caused it.
