You need to clean the poop out the boxes at least once a week otherwise it can harbour bacteria and kill them The moment you see the container floor covered in poop you should do a clean
@@jacobpellow2485 I've seen people raising them on egg cartons inside the bin and just turning the carton over so the poop falls out-- otherwise, you'd probably have to pick the worms out one by one, then dump the bin.
What do I do after they lay eggs? Some people say to keep them cold for 3 months but sources say to keep them in 70-80°F degrees and that colder will make them hatch slower. My room is 70-80 and my fridge is 40. Am I supposed to just keep them in my room or put them in our fridge?
I’m raising silkworms and wondering if they naturally cocoon by themselves or did you have to put them in a specific environment for them to cocoon? Or did they just do it naturally in the tupperware with the food?
Mine did it naturally once they reached a certain size. I would just make sure the Tupperware is at an optimal temp for growth and that they have lots of food. It should happen naturally:)

Hello. I saw your silkworm rearing video using artificial food. That was interesting. Because the worms cocooned. Is it possible to tell me what kind of artificial food you used and which company it belongs to?
Screw silkworms… phew 😮💨 Sounds so expensive and smelly. Thank goodness I an raising mealworms, much much easier. Just 1 bin no cleaning required. Just a thin kayer of oatmeal substrate. I’ve had them for almost 2 years

How do you clean it when they’re as small as a pencil lead tip?

Seems so much easier than what it should be! Currently got my first lot of eggs waiting to hatch!
Good luck!
They eat every 6 hours

I would keep them in your room if you are trying to hatch them. I believe that storing them that cold will keep them from hatching.
They hibernate naturally before hatching so I believe storing at 40° should lead to more hatching
Im trying to breed these and mulberrys grow in my back yard
I wanted to grow mulberry trees so badly! Wishing you success :)
I’m putting 3 or 4 in my yard this spring. My neighbors already have one too.

I cannot find the food you provided in Turkey. Do you have any information about what is in it?

save the sky doggos!
You can feed your bearded dragon the bigger silks. They are like 98% water. They pop in the mouth. Lol
So they are probably bigger bc the bigger ones are eating more and being greedy make sure to spread out all your food in the box
A shame they only eat one leaf 🤷
tweezer's can hurt your worms and you should where gloves and pick them up
never heard this before! I'll consider this in the future :)
Probably nowhere near as much as when the bearded dragon literally eats them alive
