- Here’s a BLACKPINK Lisa Inspired 15 Min Full Body Stretching Routine! I saw her doing some stretches before dance practices, so I combined/modified them and turned it into a full workout so you guys can exercise like a Kpop Idol at home! I will do this for 2 weeks!!
Day 1✅: I finished all the video at once but in the end i was so exhausted 😅
Day 2✅: i am not so exhausted as i was at Day 1 and i feel my legs more strong.
Day 3✅: i feel more relaxed and my legs are getting more and more strong! 🥳.
Day 4-5❌: i got my period 😅
Day 6✅: my legs feel stronger and I'm starting to have more flexibility
Day 7✅: I feel more flexible and i can see my belly thinner!
Day 8✅: i am more flexible and i can see my legs and my belly more thinner!
Day 9✅: i can see my legs a little bit thinner than the other days!
Day 10✅: i see my belly more thinner!!
Day 11✅: i do the exercises with more comfort! I want to do this workout again and again!
Day 12❌: i did another workout
Day 13✅: i can see my legs more thinner and i can fit I see a bigger difference wearing my pants!!
Day 14✅: i am more flexible and I can stand standing !!
Day 15✅: my legs are more strong!
Done!! Guys this workout DEFINITELY work! I will keep doing this workout 💪

Day 1: It was hard in a few moments, I felt the leg pain but it's good! I feel really amazing now, like I was as light as a feather!
Day 2: Actually, it was so much easier today. I love this workout!
Day 3: It was nice, I was surprised when I realised I finished this workout because I wasn’t tired yet!

Today I was able to do all exercise with ease. And I have increased my flexibility even 😉

@@ebrariyet Actually it increases moreover flexibility. But my waist is already less than 25 cm but yeah my legs below the knees got really slimmer 👍
So I recommend you to do this streching routine. And yeah I am 💯 percent sure it will improve your flexibility.

@@ebrariyetSo, on the very first if you haven't done any exercises in the past it will be so hard for you especially for the first 3 days. And some exercises maybe you can't even able to work. So I will just say stretch your body as much as you can for the first few days. Soon in a week you will be able to do all the exercises perfectly👍 Just don't give up.
And yeah if want to instantly lose you weight then I recommend you to do diet cause our body is dependent on 80% food and 20 % of workout. There are many more things you can follow to lose weight and the best way is drink more and more amount of water💦

Well, the beginning was really painful, even my legs were about to cramp! But with time my dance became better! I feel flexible now that I consider myself a “dance god!!” Really amazing I love your channel I love Lisa I love this fitness I always do it friends now I'm going to go dancing Bye! 🔥🔥

Day 1 - ✔️wow I did this and sweat a lot. I feel my body better and more lighter
Day 2 - ✔️I did it and it seems like this workout it's getting a little bit easier. My legs are a little bit stronger 💪
Day 3 - ✔️yes , I did it this time too and this workout it's getting easier. I don't feel my leg pain anymore
Day 4 - ✔️ wow I did it and it was so easy. I didn't sweat at all. Maybe I can see a little bit of difference at my belly
Day 5 - ❌I did another workout
Day 6 - ✔️ I finished this workout and I can see my belly getting thinner
Day 7 - ✔️did it and I fell more flexible

Hello unni , i am so happy to tell that your workouts are my favorite . But unfortunately I was informed that I'm suffering from anorexia and doctor restricted me to do any HIIT workouts the thing I'm worried about is that i don't want to lose my abs in recovery . I told him about the matter and he told to do yoga and low impact workouts so can you make more videos on yoga?? I i really do need your help to survive
