Habe die Muffins schon zwei Mal gemacht und sie schmecken wirklich richtig lecker. Nur das Frosting war bei mir beide Male ziemlich flüssig und ist auf den Muffins immer zerlaufen. Wie hast du das Frosting so „fest“ hinbekommen? Ich habe den Frischkäse von Simply V benutzt
